But the true highlight awaits outdoors – a private soaking tub on the deck (available seasonally) invites you to soak your cares away, nestled beside a delightful day bed for the ultimate relaxation. Freshen up in the luxurious bathroom, featuring all-new fixtures and a rejuvenating steam shower, or retire to the private bedroom downstairs, where a sumptuous King bed awaits. Venture upstairs and discover a charming loft, the perfect sanctuary to retreat to after a day of exploration. Here, a plush queen bed promises restful nights amidst the treetops. PLEASE NOTE: We engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.

The fire pit for this property is unique. There will be sterno canisters provided during your stay that you can insert into the fire pit and light. No wood or charcoal can be used in the fire pit.

This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking.
