"Hotel razoável. Excelente café da manhã. O que deixa a desejar, e muito, é a qualidade do atendimento. A recepcionista foi grossa e impaciente. Deu poucas informações. O quarto é bom, mas não ofereceram papel higiênico e sabonete. Tive que sair para comprar no supermercado. Um dia depois, colocaram papel higiênico e um micro sabonete, que mal dava para lavar as mãos. Não havia ninguém para carregar as malas, nem pagando."

"This stay was so wonderful - thanks to friendly and helpful staff who were very responsive to issues, and an amazing farm tour and activities. One disappointment is we were not able to bike as there were no kids' size bikes available. Also, consider supplying the AfriCamps tents with citronella candles to help keep mosquitos away when outside in the evenings."

"The property was in a great location and staff was friendly. The TV in my room had no signal for the 4 days. I reported on the first day and the lady brought a different remote. I told her it was not the remote, there is no DSTV signal. She said it was working in the other rooms and left it at that. The pool was green and not real clean. "
