"Buchung und Vorabkommunikation verliefen problemlos, wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Leider ließen die Sauberkeit, der Zustand und die Ausstattung doch sehr zu wünschen übrig und hatten nicht viel mit den schönen Fotos in der online-Darstellung zu tun. Die gebuchte Nichtraucherwohnung stank furchtbar nach Zigarettenrauch, dafür erhielten wir eine Entschuldigung und uns wurde unkompliziert ein anderes Appartment gegeben, in dem die Luft auch nicht gut aber zumindest etwas besser war. "Es war alles in Ordnung. Lediglich das Bad ist sehr klein und der Garten voller Wildwuchs vor dem Balkon könnte auch mal wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden. Ansonsten besteht kein Grund zur Klage. Der Empfang im Haslinger Hof - dort bekommt man den Schlüssel - war sehr freundlich."

"Die Lage der "Residenz" wird nicht korrekt angegeben. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stark ausbaufähig und bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen müsse 2 auf Feldbetten schlafen, was nicht sehr bequem ist. Auch...
