"Absolutely beautiful cottage in very peaceful location. Excellent communication from Gail & Ken with helpful tips on where to go and things to see ( Glentrool, Castle Kennedy and the red deer range were fantastic). Turn left out of the cottage and stroll for a couple of minutes and you’ll even come across some llamas! The cottage was extremely comfortable and provided everything you could possibly need for a week exploring this stunning location. Definitely hope to return :)"

"The bungalow cottage was lovely. Very clean and perfect for a family of 4 with a double bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom. There were TVs in every room with Freeview and broadband wi-fi was supplied free of charge. The cottage was on a quiet street and we got parked bang outside the front door every day. "Great spot for exploring Galloway. Hot tub overlooking the forest, and walks starting straight from the cabin. Wildlife all around. Note that it is attached to another cabin & a farm, so it's not isolated - but we did feel like we had privacy. Otherwise a washing machine could be a good addition. Dave & Becky were very helpful, we'd definitely come back!"

"The house was an ideal setting to see in the new year. The area has lots of interesting walks and cycling routes. The hosts provided plenty communication ahead of the booking and accomodated for our youngest guest (1 year old). The property could benefit from a few more kitchen essentials (bin bags, dish clothes etc), but this a wasn't major issue. All in all, a really nice stay."
