"The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure!"

"Excellent "

"The Magnolia House has something for everyone! It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near sports games, shopping, walking trails, park, restaurants, and night life. If you are looking to just stay in, there is plenty of things to do for all ages. The host is easy to reach if necessary and communicates only when neccesay. I will definitely be booking this property again!"

"We had a great stay at the Carriage House. The property was everything as stated. We had to give it some low scores not because of the property or host but because of the VRBO app. When we got to Wichita the app would not allow us to communicate with the owner/host. We didn’t have the address of the property and the VRBO app was no help. We were able with a little difficulty to reach the VRBO help line and after a long exchange they were able to help us reach the owner so he could send us the...

"Was able to make memories instead of being in seperate rooms. The layout of this house is nice. One suggestion is you could add a bathroom in laudry room."

"Property well described. Very accomodating on the booking and check in process. Centrally located in quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again!"

"We were in town visiting family. It was a great place to stay and gave us all a little get away from the bigger group activities in town. Loved the Asian market next door."

"The house was exactly as advertized with several extra amenities. A great suburb location close to shopping and a community pool.The kids loved the video games, pool table and juke box. The adults loved a Smart TV in each bedroom that offered a private getaway.We will definitely stay there when we visit Wichita again."

"3 families came together for an important life event for my brother! Each family had a floor... their own space! The kids enjoyed the game room. The kitchen helped save money on going out to eat! Use of the washer and drier helped lessen the extra task once we were back home. The home accommodated our families very nicely! I would not hesitate to stay here again! "

"Loved the large rooms and big beds. Would have liked more kitchen utensils for cooking and more pots and pans. But the pool was great and everyone had a good time!"

"We enjoyed a family Thanksgiving at the farm. The place has everything you need! Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed our stay. We recommend this home! "

"Funcionários ótimos e café da manhã razoável. Limpeza dos quartos só é feita de três em três dias o que deixa a desejar se tratando de hotel, mas eu voltaria a me hospedar."
