"Property was as described . The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Our host Barb was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend this place if you have a large group. We were 8 golfers and the 3 Cabot course’s are down the road and you are also close to the beach."

"The house was quite nice overall. A little disappointing that the woodstove didn't work, especially as the weather was cool and wet. The water is quite soft, but tastes good; and the water heater works fine. We spent a chilly first night as the baseboard heaters were set to 10C (50F), and the control buttons are really tiny and hard to notice. A heads up from the owner would have been helpful. "The place is good, and we had a good time in the area. The place is not right on the beach--it is about a 200 meter walk through the woods. The house is pretty remote, which can be a good thing, but every place we wanted to visit is at least an hour drive away. We did a lot of driving and spent a lot on gas. We wish we had stayed in Baddeck."

"The photos don’t do this property justice! The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful and you can see the water! The property manager had great communication with us as the power went out our first night and she was quick to message us and offer to bring candles and flashlights.
