"Staying in Whyalla was a wonderful experience made even better by staying at the Playford apartments. The details in our room were amazing, down to the lollies left for us on our check in. The bed was very comfortable and with black out curtains, we were able to sleep in. My family will definitely be back. "

"All of the staff are amazing. Smiles from everyone and willingness to help with everything. The meals in the restaurant were lovely. We stayed during a heat wave, and the air-conditioning in the room was excellent, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Air-conditioning in the restaurant and bar needed improvement. "Lovely room, great shower. All we needed was in room. Gates were a problem…when we arrived about 3 pm the sun was on the front door keypad made it very difficult to type code in. Carpark gate took ages to light up and accept code, to leave you had to stretch your arm through gate to type in a code took a while. Probably more suitable for younger generation."

"Great place. Well located within walking distance of supermarket, directly opposite petrol station on the main road out of Pore Augusta towards Port Lincoln. Staff were friendly, room clean, surprisingly large and well appointed. Nice sofa, confined. A motel that punches above its weight we’d stay here again without hesitation."
