As you enter this rustic charmer, you will encounter a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one; perfect for entertaining! Spread out comfortably in the living area, which has been furnished with the most comfortable furniture along with a smart TV with Roku streaming and a gas fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months.
Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the coffee bar complete with a Keurig coffee maker with assorted K-cups and all the essentials. The chef of the group will be right at home in the well-appointed open kitchen complete with all stainless steel appliances.

This level of the home offers an extensive deck that is perfect for outdoor living. You will find a convenient grill and outdoor dining area for summertime cookouts, beautifully tree-lined views, and a nice seating area.
