"Walking into this house felt like coming home. We did not want to leave. It is listed as “Stunning Log Cabin” and it truly was! This cabin was the perfect Christmas getaway for our family of 10 adults and one baby. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen well stocked for whatever you need and the bedrooms were comfortable and accommodated everyone. "Our stay at the cabin was absolutely wonderful. Owners were pleasant to work with, and check-in was very smooth. The cabin is definitely unique, with all the comforts of home. Plenty of room, with games and books to keep us occupied. Beds were very comfortable and the nature surrounding the cabin was very peaceful. It was the perfect get-away for a Girl's weekend. "

"Susan was prompt in responding to me. The location was good for us to get to the trails for biking and hiking. Close to where our granddaughter lives and goes to school. The house had everything we needed. Nice to sit outside in backyard. The train didn’t bother us. My husband never heard it. "

"Anthony was a very gracious host, and the house/property/amenities were above and beyond other VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. We had a very cozy stay in the middle of winter, and it was a treat to wake up to a sunrise over the frozen lake in the morning. I would definitely recommend a stay here, and we hope to come back someday to enjoy the kayaks."

"This property was perfect for the 4 of us. The decor has that quintessential lake house feel. The house was very well stocked with games, proper cooking equipment, spice cabinet and all the other accoutrements needed to cook a good meal and enjoy some time with your friends and loved ones. "We had a wonderful visit as a family. We had the best of both worlds, being secluded in a private wooded area but conveniently close to tourist attractions and restaurants. Our host was phenomenal and unexpected upgraded us to a newer property due to miscommunication on his end with cleaning the cabin we were originally supposed to stay in. Would absolutely stay in this area again! "
