"We had a fabulous long weekend away in your cozy home watching the snow fall with the wood burning stove lit. We also enjoyed the trail on your property. The property is also conveniently located close to the PA Grand Canyon which is a must see. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful and clean home. 10/10 would highly recommend. "

"Christa, the home owner, will provide you 5 star customer service. We had a couple of questions and she was immediately responding with answers. She has also made her house a beautiful, comfortable home. From the cozy couches, comfortable bed and the open floor plan, we felt right at home. In fact, your kids and pet will have plenty of room to run and play in the backyard. I highly recommend if you’re coming to NY, and need some R and R, STOP surfing the web and just book it. "We had to find a place for my family to meet and stay while attending my father's funeral. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Loved the modern feel of the home amid the quiet, peaceful outdoors. The large accommodations allowed us to meet as one family and have moments of sharing, reflecting, laughing, and crying together. We appreciate having the kitchen and large dining area as well as large living room. The space was very convenient. This may become an annual tradition."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3-acre lodge, locasted near the small town of Coudersport. Communications with the owner were easy, cheerful and informative. Check-in was simple, and there was ample parking for several cars. The house was neat and very clean. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen television. The living room also has a gas heater and we were a bit skeptical it would heat the entire hourse, but were pleasantly surprised that during the chilly nights of our...

"My daughter, son, and I stayed for 4 nights while we were visiting the area for hunting. The place was plenty large enough, clean, warm, and nicely furnished. The kids and I also enjoyed the large selection of board games. We look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"This was our second stay. We love that the house is located in town so you can still get around in bad weather. A great location if you are looking to visit Cherry Springs State Park and The PA Grand Canyon. The house has everything you need and is a good fit for a group or a family. Hosts are just lovely and responsive. Highly recommend!"
