"The room was Sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and made up excellently! Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee pot (coffee, cream, sugar provided) were all in good working order and very clean. The kitchenware, plates, cups, silverware were also very clean. There is No Maid Service at this motel. Not a problem. Manager provided his number and any fresh towels, linens, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, coffee required were delivered on the spot. Kind of unique, but the system was run smoothly....

"It was a great get away weekend for us. The beach access was great, beautiful sunrise photos! 60% sand, 40% rocks. The house was perfect for us. Cozy, senior-pet and toddler friendly because it only had a few steps. Nothing fancy about the house, but that’s what we wanted. "The house was very clean and checkin was easy. Nicely supplied. The water was very low at the Lake so could not get close. Beautiful view at the beach, not able to see the Lake view from house but it was a very short walk. Meet a deer on my way to see the sunrise, she just stood there and we were like that for a few seconds! Great pics of the sunrise and full moon over Lake Huron, which is why we choose the house. Cute place and had everything we needed!"

"Everything was as described or better. The condition of the property was excellent even after a full summer season. The interior was well appointed and spotless. The location was great for tours up and down the Thumb coast. The fall colors were excellent, if not peak close to it. Enjoyed just sitting on the beach and patio watching sunrises and moon rises over the lake. Would definitely do this property again."

"The house can accommodate a large group easily. We could not have asked for better weather. The biggest disappointment was the area of Lake Huron. If you are looking to run and dive into Lake Huron this is not the place. The bottom here is all rocks that you cannot walk on. "Enjoyed a week-long stay at the farmhouse! The kids enjoyed the goats and checking for eggs from the chickens. Many peaceful spots on the property to read or put up a hammock and take a nap! We used the location for my daughter's senior pictures. Great communication with owner - always very helpful and gracious!"
