"Property has recently changed hands to Placemakr and looks to have been repainted with new appliances. It was perfect for us a one bedroom with a washer and separate dryer. Slight challenge initially with comms because it changed hands but this was soon resolved. Opposite navy yard and 40 mins walk to Capitol building and 10 mins to riverside dining. Would book again with Placemakr "

"The property is very nice. However the entire unit smells like pot! I ran the air cleaner constantly and aired out everyday for hours, but the smell has permeated everything. "Location was good, 3 min walk to bus stop, short bus ride to Potomac Metro station. Off street parking is a huge plus, but was tight for 2 mid-size SUV. Plenty of hot water for 8 people to take back to back showers. Host was excellent!! "This property could not be better located. Parking was easy and once I parked I never drove again until we left. Bus and Metro are literally steps away from the front door. The property was 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a pull out sofa. It was perfect for me, my wife, and 3 kids. We had a very slight issue on arrival and Kirk had it fixed ASAP. Nice host and wonderful stay."
