THE UPDATED VILLA: 2 bedroom, 2 bath two-story villa with wrap around veranda located directly on Whitby Beach with powdery white sand and turquoise blue waters.

THE VERANDA: Enjoy the morning surise, afternoon breezes, evening cocktails, dinner in the warm Caribbean air and star gazing. the wrap around veranda begs the question, why even go inside?

THE BEDROOMS: Two airy bedrooms on upper level each with queen size beds, great views and wonderful breezes.

THE BATHROOMS: One bathroom on upper level with luxury tile shower; another one with shower on beach level - great easy access for using while on the beach or afterwards.

THE NEW KITCHEN: Vaulted ceiling in the fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area, Icemaker, Dishwasher.

THE LIVING ROOM: Vaulted ceiling in entertainment/lounge area with DVD/Blue-ray/CD player with wall of sliding glass doors with panoramic elevated beach and ocean views.

Relaxing family vacation
The property is stunning, back steps right on a beautiful and quiet beach. Exactly what we were after for a relaxing family vacation where we could disconnect. The house is updated and was very comfortable for the five of us. Fun tiki bar and restaurant about a 15 minute walk down the beach. And we found the local groceries and restaurants to be adequate for our needs.

Pristine in a Caribbean paradise
This is a perfect place to stay on a beautiful island. Post booking communications with the owners was such a breeze, and accommodating. You can tell the owners care about your wishes and making your stay memorable. Arrangements by the owners were made to pick us up at the ferry and Mac is an absolutely amazing person so helpful and cared about our needs, even took us to the grocery before showing us around the house. The house was clean, well kept and had every utensil, dish, pot, container, glass we could ask for. Newly remodeled kitchen is amazing. Super cold AC! Great views of the ocean, step off the porch right into the sand and the beach every day. Highly recommend this house and the wonderful people on the island to anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing, laid back vacation!

Even better than expected
This property is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The beach is unrivaled. The house is newly updated, well maintained, and clean. All the kitchen tools and household things you need are there. This part of North Caicos is pretty secluded and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. Lynn was extremely helpful and responsive, and Mac picked us up and manages the house and was so helpful as well. I will definitely return one day!

Paradise!
What an amazing relaxing recharge! My wife and I enjoyed the peace and tranquility for which we came. Mac was wonderful, and we even enjoyed our snorkeling adventure. We swam with a dolphin! The house was clean and pleasant. Just perfect!

Beautiful very private
Beautiful property, very private. The property manager Mac, was amazing. Super helpful and very organized. I chose North Caicos as a family adventure. Not commercialized at all, however if you enjoy a super active vacation this is not your spot. You need the ferry to get to that part of the island which is very simple. I have teens/pre-teens so it was create your own fun vacation. The home owners are quick to respond and Mac can arrange fishing/snorkeling excursions which I highly recommend.

Wonderful location, true getaway! Will come back!
We had a wonderful stay at Brian and Lynne's. Keep in mind North Caicos is as quiet as it is serene. If youre looking for big crowds and lots of excursions you want Provo. If you're looking to unplug steps away from the most beautiful white sand beaches and clear waters with more of a local vibe, its hard to imagine a better spot. If a perfect beach day is moving you and a book from the hammock to the porch to a beach chair this is the spot for you. Get to Barracudas for conch fritters and jerk wings with a rum punch. Drive to Mudjin cafe for lunch and swim at Dragon Cay (take the secret staircase that leads you out the cave and back to the beach) Saw a massive stingray out at the farthest Mary :) at 3 Mary Cay. Mac was super responsive when we had an issue with the coffee pot, he showed up with a brand new one in the box 10 min later. Mudjin, 3 Mary Cay, Barracuds Miss D's all must tries. Would love to come back!

We visited in May 2024, thouroughly enjoyed our stay and on and North & Middle. * Excellent beach access, hammocks, views, wrap around porch w/ tables and chairs, etc. * House was very well equipped (great kitchen, bath, A/C, ceiling fans, etc.)

Beautiful and quiet
This house was exactly what we were seeking. Quiet, beautifully appointed, and a stunning beach front location. We especially loved the two hammocks. Getting to North Caicos is not easy, but the homeowner had the house manager meet us at the ferry. He then took us to the house and had a rental car delivered. This was extremely helpful. We loved barracudas, cilantros and Ms Bs for meals. We hope to return in the near future.

Endroit magnifique mais lits inconfortables
La place est superbe. Nous y sommes demeurés 10 jours/9 nuits. Nous avons aimé y être. Il s‘agit d‘une petite maison de plage et les propriétaires ont commencé à rénover. Tout est fonctionnel ou presque. Il faut s‘attendre à des standards américains, pas européens. Pas de luxe mais joli. Somme toute, nous trouvons le prix extrêmement élevé pour le confort obtenu: les lits sont inconfortables, surtout les oreilliers de piètre qualité et vraiment très inconfortables. Nous avons contacté les propriétaires après 2-3 jours pour aviser de certains problèmes et de notre inconfort mais presque rien n‘a été fait: on a changé le grille-pain défectueux mais aucune autre literie a été fournie malheureusement. Pour ce prix, nous sommes d‘avis que le confort devrait être une priorité. C‘est super d’être sur la plage et d’entendre l‘océan la nuit mais en ayant du mal à dormir et des douleurs corporelles à cause de l’inconfort, ça gâche drôlement un voyage. Les hôtes envoient les directives pour se rendent lors de l’arrivée en mentionnant qui viendra vous chercher. Aucune mention des tarifs. Ce service est booké par les hôtes pour vous mais vous au bout du compte, vous devez payer 100 US$ pour la quinzaine de km du ferry à la beach house. Les prix pour les touristes sont très élevés, que se soit pour la nourriture, les restaurants, les taxis. Les locaux ne paient pas les mêmes prix: ceci nous a été confirmé sur place par les locaux. Puis, les moustiques sont vraiment un problème.

Second time at least as good as the first.
If anything, our second stay at this property was better than the first, and we appreciated how good it is vs anything else in the area. The house is perfectly located on Whitby Beach. The picture is not AI... if anything it doesn't do justice to the view. It has two well located queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is a more basic lower "teen's room" down below. The kitchen is fully equipped to US standards, and they provide basics like S&P, dish soap etc. I like to cook, and was able to produce good meals here. The house furnishings are beach style. We can't unplug completely from our work, and the WiFi works reasonably well. Supported zoom calls. The owners are extremely responsive both before and during the stay, and Mac, their local rep is extremely helpful. He can help arrange pretty much anything there is to do on the island, and runs his own van service. If you need resorts, "action" or a scene, then North Caicos is not for you. If you want a getaway, with virtually no one on the beach for miles; are happy to self-cater most meals, and have a bit of a shopping plan (IGA Graceway on Provo) before you arrive at the ferry, then this is AMAZING. There are a couple of basic but fun restaurants on the island. There are a couple of super basic groceries on the island, emphasis on super basic. The liquor store has a surprisingly good variety, although wine is lower end. Bugs can be a problem all over the island; bring spray. It was windy, so no issue for us.

The view, the beach, and the interior of the home are better than the pictures. It really is very nice and pleasant...very secluded, safe, comfortable, and beautiful. The house has one next door neighbor in view and a few homes across the street, and feels very private (but not isolated, which was nice). My wife and I stayed for one week and this was our first trip to TCI. There is not a lot to do other than read books and hang out on Whitby beach, which was perfect for us. I am glad we got the rental car for day trips to Middle Caicos, access to the few local restaurants, and quick errands for supplies. The little local grocery stores had enough to keep us happy, and we did not get any supplies at Provo before we got on the Ferry. Mac was a responsible and dependable ally during our stay, just a phone call away, and made a big difference in our overall experience. Hi sister ran the little grocery we used and invited us to her church on Sunday. The host, Lynne, was very responsive. We explored the entire area and would return to this property, or possibly one of the few houses nearby on Whitby Beach. One caution: Bring DEET for the No-See-Ums and use it or regret it lol. 5 stars overall.

Our own island...
The location and house amenities were great. It felt like we were on our own island especially being 100 feet from the ocean. We did welcome the wind as it kept those pests off us. You must wear bug repellant, but that is the nature of any island. Enjoyed our stay.

Stunning beachside prooerty
We were looking for a place to just escape before the holidays hit. The house was perfect - great views, comfortable and open, well-equipped. The property was absolutely beautiful and serene. We enjoyed sitting outside on the beach for morning coffee. Didn’t see another soul, so very private. We also loved trekkkng around the island. It was all so beautiful and the people were friendly and helpful. Bonus was having Max to greet us at the ferry and pop in on our last day.

Amazing getaway
This is truly an amazing place. Right on the water, all amenities as described and Mac (house manager on site) could not have been more helpful. We spent 4 glorious days hanging out on the private beach and floating in the seaside waters (seriously could not have felt more relaxing and remote). The house itself has everything you could want including strong AC, comfy beds, updated kitchen with everything you could want and more and amazing selection of dvds for evening entertainment. Mac arranged for a rental car to be waiting for us at the house allowing us to explore the island and all of the fabulous remote beaches. Would highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Simple luxury...
As good as it gets. We have stayed in many homes over several years of visiting islands in the Caribbean. The location, the cleanliness, the uncomplicated grace of life at the White House in Whitby Haven set a new standard for beauty, relaxation, and ease of living during our 8-day stay. If you want jet skis and tourist shops then stay on Provo. If you want private white sand beach, long morning swims in perfect water, and sunset dinner in the in the gentle breeze then don't look anywhere else. We look forward to coming back in years to come.

Caicos getaway
This house is a wonderful place to relax on a beautiful, unspoiled beach. The house has two nicely furnished bedrooms with views of the sunrise and sunset and the kitchen is full of all the appliances and utensils needed for meals. The wrap-around porch is a wonderful place to take in the beach view while having morning coffee or a meal. There was great snorkeling opportunities right off the beach in front of the house also. The house caretaker, Mac, was very helpful and arranged for us to rent a car and we explored many areas of North & Middle Caicos and found several fantastic beaches and even a bat cave!

Best VRBO Experience
If you want a quiet beach house with beautiful sand and water and a nice constant breeze this is it! We would give this place a sixth star if available! Location was perfect and very private. Its true you likely will only see1 or 2 people walking by. Nicely remodeled home. Hammocks in the shade, Breakfast on the Veranda! Very comfortable bedding! Mack was an awesome help We left behind some items and he met us at the ferry before we took the ferry to bring to us! Really saved the day for sure. Thanks again for sharing your home. We are planning already to return for a longer stay next year.

Amazing private hideaway
Where do we start. From the communication/check in process to the end of our stay it was amazing. Brian and Lynne are amazing hosts, our flight got cancelled and they were nice enough to accommodate us anyway without any issues. They also have a local property manager named Mac who goes above and beyond for their guests. Can’t thank you enough. The house was exactly what we were looking for our honeymoon. Private, clean, relaxing, and beautiful views of the beach/ocean. We maybe saw a total of 6 other purple the whole time we were there and 4 of them were locals who live there certain times of the year. Everyone is really nice and make sure to check out barracuda bar, great service/food and just a 10 minute walk from the house along the beach side. There is even a local dog named Rex who became our personal tour guide/protector. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you are thinking about it.
