"Great place to stay. Very clean. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable. Breakfast variety could be improved. But overall highly recommend this hotel. "
"A sweet mom n’ pop property run by a lovely young family. Cheaper than anything in State College and right on the doorsteps of The Waffle Shop and a wonderful Greek restaurant, I always make this my budget friendly stay when I’m visiting my son at PSU. It’s a rare find."

"This hotel is so cute! The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel super clean, organized with many options of food. Indoor and outdoor pool. Bottles of water are free! The bar and halfway is all decorated with frames of pictures from famous artists, sport players, musicians and their original signatures. Lovely place to stay. "
"A great property with a home feel, great atmosphere. Food was great and we loved spending time on the covered porch talking with family and others staying at the Inn. "

"Breakfast was actually nice compare to the last couple hotels we stayed at. Staff was very friendly wishing us safe travels. Courtyard was nice. Lots of room in the room itself "

"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL.
On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person.
Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."
