"Amy made everything easy, from booking to check-out. We were in the Weymouth area for a week and found this location ideal, especially with parking at the front door! The property had all the bits and pieces one might need for either a short or extended stay. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and a lovely touch! "Comfortable, cosy and clean. A log burner would have been a bonus. We chose this accommodation largely due to the use of the hot tub. We were told just prior to our visit that it had stopped working. The owner did try to repair it himself but without success, however, we do believe if an engineer had been called we would have enjoyed the benefit of the hot tub. Unfortunately there was no offer of any discount."

"We had a really nice stay of 3 nights at Cobbs cottage. With our 3 children. Just steps from harbour. The Jurassic coast boat rides can be booked right round the corner. The bedrooms were nicely decorated , all with en suites. Communication with host was excellent. Amy was very helpful and kind if I had any queries We loved the wooden decor touches to the cottage. Ideal Stay close to cafes , restaurants and shops. And trips to coast. Would recommend to friends and family. "

"Lovely situation at the edge of field and near the coast path. House was charming, bordering on quirky (please don't do it up!) and spotlessly clean with a lovely home from home feel to it. Not fancy, a bit old fashioned, it won't suit people who like hot tubs & underfloor heating, but we loved it. "We came for a short break Thursday-Sunday. The van was spotless. The host thought about everything from providing fairy liquid, to loo rolls. Even a little sewing kit in the bathroom. We were very lucky with our weather even had a coffee on the veranda. The views over to chesil very pretty at night with the lights. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you. "

"entrance hall was a bit of a letdown as obviously was being painted, the glass in the doors had paint on, windows rattled all night from the wind, very cold on last night as couldnt work out how to turn up heaters, coupboard door in kitchen came off, only 3 mugs & 4 of us, shower was very slow & leaked over bath, no-one told us upstairs shower was out of order & they had a leak in the lounge, shower upstairs was out of order"
