Ideal house and stay
This is the perfect beach house. Loved the design. Great for a toddler (as long as you bring a gate for the stairs). She ran around the house with a big smile on her face the whole time. Will definitely come again

Stunning property with incredible view of the ocean!
Wow! The first thing we all thought upon arrival. The property is wonderful with jaw dropping views of the ocean and sandy beach! This property is in a prime location with easy access to the beach and water, and tons of sand dollars along the way. Fun and delicious places for food, brews, and views in Westport, very friendly locals, ready to give loving pets to our dogs. The beds were so comfy, the hot tub a perfect spot with a sunset view, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking local seafood. Only one request, since we would love to return to this gem - maybe some more seating on the deck facing the ocean would be nice. Highly recommend this property for families or a friends' getaway!

Great place for families, but there's a bear in the neighborhood
We stayed here for a long weekend with two adults, two teens, two children, and two dogs. There is a cabinet with dog supplies, and others with games. The house had everything we needed to cook. There are soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. There is only one TV and it quit working while we were there. There is a fantastic sound system, but no instructions on how to operate it. There are no cleaning supplies, except for laundry and dishwasher detergent. I bought cleaning wipes so I could wipe down after meals. The house is within walking distance of the beach, but there is a big step down out of the dunes. There are beach toys available which the kids really enjoyed. There are no beach chairs. We saw deer in the dunes which was amazing, but a bear tipped over the large outdoor trash can twice and the recycling once which I had to clean up. The second time my husband almost walked into the bear in the trash. There is very little light on the side of the house with the garbage can. We were unaware there was even the possibility of a bear, and were not as cautious or diligent as we might have been had we known. The property manager was very responsive, but seemed unconcerned that we had a run in with the bear. Evolve was impossible to get help from I have 2 children and two dogs that could have been seriously injured and was not happy with with the lack of disclosure. This is a fantastic place for a family, but be aware of the bear.

so nice to stay so close to the Ocean
I've stayed here before and always hated to leave. Its a house that has just about everything you need for a wonderful break! the lock box can be difficult and probably should be replaced--after several phone calls to Vacasa we got inside. It was hard to put the key back at the end of our stay as well. Everything else was good, and although the house is off VRBO for the next year I am already looking forward to staying there when it returns.

Beautiful home
We loved the home, the location, and the acceptance of pets. The main complaint was having to freeze in the cold while trying to use the lock box. It was extremely difficult to access the ins and outs of the rickety lockbox. We checked out a day early as there were storms the whole time we were there and the fireplace chimney whistled like a freight train, which scared the dogs. There were very few adequate drinking glasses and mugs. The kitchen was tiny, but the rest of the house was gorgeous. The recliners did not work, which made seating uncomfortable…another reason for checking out a day early.

Great location
This home has everything you need for a big family getaway. Right on the beach and close to the Westport light state park . We had 3 couples , 2 dogs and 2 young children and still had plenty of room. The kitchen was equipped with a surprising amount of dinnerware and cooking supplies. The hot tub was very spacious. There was even sand toys and kites available for our use. The only problem was the heat was not working for the first few days of our stay. Luckily there was a large fireplace that we had to keep stoked to stay comfortable. It took awhile to get through to the local manager to report the problem since we had to go through the Vacasa service first. They offered to reimburse us for the wood.

Ideal Beach Getaway
The location of this home is fantastic. Gorgeous view of the ocean and very private. The hot tub was a hit and wonderful that you can soak while viewing the ocean. Although, my adult son reported on the last night that it was smelling odd. We never saw anyone come to service it the entire week of our stay so perhaps their person forgot? The mattresses were all comfortable. However both the King and Queen bed are impossibly high to get into if you are older or have any type of mobility issue and I wish the linens weren’t so thin and pilly. The home appeared clean but the dusting was not done well on the glass shelves where we observed where the dusters swiped but didn’t go to the edges. Things like that always make me wonder how clean the bathrooms really are. The deck chairs were comfortable and had a lot of use as we were blessed with divine weather during our mid September stay. Getting the keys out of the lockbox was tricky and we weren’t able to put them back in after our stay and had to leave them in the home. This was our second visit to this property and we travel to the Washington coast every year. Out of all of our Vacasa/VRBO stays this is the only one that has no book offering instructions on how to operate their audio/visual media. It would be nice to figure that out as they have a lovely sound system but we couldn’t get it to operate when watching a movie. The kitchen was excellently appointed with anything that a cook may need.

Wonderful stay. Everything was what I thought it would be in more.
We enjoyed this lovely home. Everything was expected like I thought it would be. We mainly relaxed and spent time on the beach and spent time with our company and had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go back but I have to wait past 2025? For sure. Would come here again. It felt wonderful. Thank you!.

Rental was nice, but.....
House was a clean & nice, location was great but there were many broken items through out the house & there was only a 6 inch fry pan & some pots for house that expose to sleep 9 people. The cleaner person was late & we had to wait but you would think a 6 hours would be sufficient to clean the home. Then the keypad did not work and we were on hold for over 50 minutes on phone with rental company (Vascas)! We did finally got a hold of one manager that could not help us but they stated they had to get the Area Manager they would call me right back and that never happened!

Great house
Is our third stay at this house and we will coma back. View is excellent the walk to the beach is a snap. The house comes with everything you need and more. Hot tub is great. The only problem is check out i think 10:00AM is a little early it should be 11:00AM or 12:00PM.

Great beach house
Kitchen has more cookware and accessories than most places, and we enjoyed cooking and eating there. DVD player didn't work for us, but the cable/Netflix/stereo setup is outstanding. Loved the proximity to the beach!

Fantastic house
Best beach house ever. Right on the beach with unobstructed views. Beach access is tricky due to erosion. Older folks may not be able to manage it. I will come back every chance I get. Bring your own pillows as those provided are flat.

The house is wonderful, used the hot tub every day. My only complaint was the dining room chairs. They look nice but are by far the worst and most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in.

Wonderful stay but couple things could make it a 5 star review
Pro's: amazing beach access, hot tub, amenities, view, parking, decks Con's: Property is managed by a company rather than private owner so the communication was terrible, none of the messages I sent them were ever responded to. We arrived 1 hr early before check in after travelling 9 hours with a 8 month old, maid was still there, said she had to run somewhere and would be right back. It would have been nice of her to tell us at that time that the door code was on a time lock and we couldn't get in until 4, she waited until she left the last time to mention it. Door code never worked at all, good thing there was a backup key lock otherwise we never would have got in and no phone number on listing to call. No binoculars, not enough adult size forks, no bluetooth sound system, no instructions, pee stained mattress, no mention in the amenities that 2 of the beds are trundle beds so keep that in mind when figuring sleeping arrangements. All in all, this was a great house with a great location, we would rent again because of the good things.
