"We had a wonderful time joining family and staying in this cozy home for a few days. Prior to check-in, the owner gave us more specific, helpful directions as to the exact location. Walking distance to the lake, firepit available for use near shore, chairs to use outside, and a porch with outside seating was very handy. We had plans within Syracuse for one day and stayed at the house another. Plenty of games available. We will definitely consider staying here again. Small suggestions to improve...

"The Penthouse was perfect for our girls getaway! Picture perfect views! So many fun places within walking distance! Highly recommend!"

"House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome...

"This place was so clean and nice! Easy check in/check out. My mom, sister and I stayed, and it was so close to turning stone, where we saw a concert. We definitely recommend this small, cute, clean place!"

"The hotel is so clean , I love the openness with the windows for the lighting, the room we stayed was clean and the bed and pillows felt like heaven. Breakfast was over whelming with how much they provide for you . I thought the shampoo and conditioner bottles were cute in the wall in the bath tube .Staff were nice and sweet and so were the transportation men. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! "
