"Never could get the wifi to work. I entered the code on the router 6 times but no luck. Would be helpful if you changed the password for the wifi to an easily entered name. The man who came to shovel unfortunately after we were stuck in the snow was very helpful and very nice.. He got us out."

"The house was nice, beds and linens were very comfortable. The new sofa was a nice addition. On the downside, the home could use kitchen amenities. Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, oven, improved cutlery. There was a hint of a musty odor, that seem to go away after we opened up the house. Location was not perfect for our needs, but was very central to Springfield. "

"Michelle made our experience super easy and memorable! Drive up a private road and a pretty steep hill (4wd a must in winter) to a secluded, beautiful house with plenty of space. "This property was great way to spend the weekend with friends. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living room was very spacious, and the bedrooms were comfortable especially the master bedroom. "Our stay at the West River Lodge was great! The cabin is very cozy, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked dinner one of the nights we were there and all we had to bring was the food…the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes and flatware…even a vegetable peeler and can opener! We would definitely recommend staying here."

"The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. The breakfast was better than average and they have 24 hours hot coffee and tea. The pool and hot tub were closed which was a disappointment. A pipe burst in our bathroom in the middle of the night, but the staff were quick to get us a new room and were credited for a nights stay. Overall, a good place to stay in the area. "
