"The views, location, and artwork is exceptional not to mention all the host does to make you feel welcome and comfortable right away! We were so impressed with this rental which was homey, luxurious, and included fun surprises like an indoor swing and a foosball coffee table. "It was nice and clean, comfortable and accommodating. Parking is on street and neighbors are not happy when you park in front of their house, the spot in front of the rental was occupied by a car all week with out moving so it's essentially impossible not to park in front of a neighboring home. After the neighbor told me to move my car, I used the driveway, since there was no one I in the front house most of the week. "

"Great location overlooking the beach, which has both wide sand stretches and rock formations. But be aware, the gate to stairs down to beach has combination lock on it, so be sure to know it. There is a lot of road noise early in the morning since condo is located just off road. Can't imagine sleeping 6 here. "Me and my son stayed during the Olympic trials in Eugene. The journey back and forth to Eugene was very manageable and we certainly enjoyed the peace and quiet of Mapleton. The accommodations are exactly as described and the home is well stocked with coffee, laundry needs, etc. Lastly, Larry and Pam were wonderful and accommodated our late arrival on our first day with no concerns. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains, this home should be at the top of your list."

"The property and the Condo itself was ok. BUT No Matter we could not get heat in the Condo. We Made sure the Heat was set at 73, (it was a dule thermostat heat and cooling.) and Cooling at 75.
