The living room accommodates 4 on (2) queen pull-outs in addition to the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the private guest room downstairs has the same queen pull-out and its own private bathroom and ductless A/C unit. Perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's. Location was perfect, close to the beach and bay. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The sunsets were incredible! Jeffrey was a great host and very responsive I would highly recommend this house.

Amazing Stay! Great Location!
Beautiful property! Open and airy, tastefully decorated, superb kitchen, outstanding outdoor space, wonderfully landscaped, plenty of parking. The kitchen was great...well appointed with all amenities. Open floor plan was very comfortable and relaxing...great for families. The deck was incredible! Unobstructed views of the sunset over the bay, fire table, great outdoor furniture and grille. Nice little private balcony with seating for two off the Master Bedroom. Great outdoor shower. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Westhampton Beach Village with great restaurants. Quick walk to stunning beaches. Communication with host was excellent. Overall, a very, very enjoyable week at a very, very enjoyable property!

Excellent location, beautiful Bay view from the deck
Jeffery’s property was super clean and the living space lovely, with 4 all glass sliding doors looking out to the bay and beautiful sunsets. The house was well stocked and had everything needed to cook and grill. The ocean is a very short walk and we could hear the waves at night. We had a great time and wii plan on returning again.

Our family had a wonderful week at Jeffrey’s “Sunset Cove”! The house was meticulously clean and organized. Fully stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful week at the beach. Jeff was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had. Short walk to the beach made easier by a beach wagon. Our family looked forward to the amazing sunsets on the deck by the fire table! We had a great time :)

The property owner takes meticulous care of the property. It is in a prime location on Dune Road overlooking the bay and steps from the ocean. Great place and great accomodations.

My husband and I stayed at Jeffrey's house with our adult children. We couldn't have asked for a better set up or a nicer house. Short walk to the ocean, and spectacular sunset views over the bay. We had plenty of space (especially because the "kids" had to work several days - one made a little office out of the downstairs room). The well stocked kitchen made it a pleasure to cook most dinners there. Jeffrey was a responsive host, and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay a pleasure. HIghly recommend.

A relaxing West Hampton Week
This home is the perfect relaxing beach spot! It was spotless upon arrival and had a ton of features that we discovered all throughout the week. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with our group! The access to the beach was incredible - a short walk to a private sandy entrance made easier with the wagon that pulled not only our 14 month old but towels, umbrellas and bags. If you’re looking for a relaxing home in West Hampton, we would definitely recommend checking this one out!

Great family house
We had a terrific week at this clean and well stocked home. We only had a short walk to the beach, which was amazing. And we had lots of fun with the puzzles and games in the great kitchen. I would highly recommend a week here!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It was one of the most well stoked VRBO's I have ever stayed in as far as dishes / towels / blankets / pillows for all the beds. They also had extra spices/ olive oil and garbage bags in case you forgot those smaller items. When we arrived the place was positively spotless! Our group was all adults' but they did have beach toys for kids in the shed! The wagon that was provided came in very handy as there is a short walk around the cul de sac and across the street to the beach. 2 washer and dryer units came in very handy for doing beach towels! The firepit and outdoor patio set up was perfect for enjoying the sunset! We also did see someone come and spray for bugs and that worked out amazing because we could sit out all evening and never got bothered or bit by any mosquito's. The beach is relatively private and so lovely. Honestly apart from going out in the mornings for bagels and to the bakery for treats we really were just beach bums all week and couldn't be happier with that. The hosts were very communicative and the check-in process was clear and easy! I feel like a lot of places for rent in the Hamptons don't all have beach access so I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a place with private-ish beach access!

Just what we needed!
My family and I had a wonderful stay! This house was perfect - no detail was overlooked from the house to the beach. The house was spotless, a short walk to the beach (we have a two year old and the wagon was awesome!), bay sunsets that can't be beat, tons of natural light in the living area, and loved the blue and white beach vibe. Hope to get back next year to take advantage of reading one of the books they provide (along with games). Jeff was extremely accommodating and we communicated throughout the stay as needed.

Amazing Beach House
Great house and location. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach, and the house has perfect sunsets overlooking the bay. The house is very well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies, as well as board games and a smart TV with cable. The host is fantastic and easy to communicate with. I’ve been here two years in a row, and hope to keep coming back.

Wonderful, Clean House with loads of character!
Our family of five had a really great stay. Despite the uncertainty we had about the location of the house before our arrival, the walking distance to the beach was surprisingly short. The beach was very easily accessible. The house’s interior exceeded our expectations with great lighting and a “beachy”/nautical feel. The house also provided an abundance of usable appliances, beach accessories, games, etc. The deck had a beautiful sunset view overlooking the bay and the outdoor shower was a great addition to our stay as well. The owner, Jeff, was extremely professional and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Just Perfect!
We loved the house and the location! Cozy home that we enjoyed for almost a week. It was perfect for our family. The house was immaculate and the owner Jeff was more than accomodating and communicated with us throughout the whole process. The beautiful bay sunsets from the deck were amazing. A quick little walk to the beach and bike rides to John Scotts for a quick bite was perfect. Perfectly stocked kitchen with all the amenities. I would recommend and stay here again.

Owner lies about property he claimed that the garage was a bedroom no ac in bedrooms . House falling apart. Wanted me out by 10:30 day of check out . Beach far away very high waves. No decent restaurants around at all boring for kids nothing around to do

We stayed here two families and kids. Great house with lots of space beautiful bay view, gourmet kitchen. The owner was very nice and helpful! Only a short walk to the beach and everything was provided, beach chairs, towels and a cart. Definitely a place to stay

Fabulous Week at the beach!
We absolutely loved the house and the location! Lovely house that we shared with another family and our kids. Couldn't have been any better.. Beautiful Bay Sunsets from the deck and just a block walk to a private beach for residents, super convenient...quick drive into town. House was Immaculate ...Updated Kitchen, Bathrooms and Decor ...Super Clean, Very well stocked, and maintained. Jeff was terrific and quick to respond to any questions I had. Can't wait to go back next summer...Wish we could have stayed longer!

Hamptons Bliss
For anyone who has not stayed in the Hamptons, it is one of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast. Wide, soft powder white sand that is walkable for miles. We were so happy with our choice. The house itself is nestled into the dunes and is but a short 2-3 minute walk to the neighborhood beach access. In my opinion, it is the best location because of the privacy and the beautiful sunsets over Moriches Bay. You will likely see deer strolling through the dunes, ospreys, and abundant wildlife during your stay. It was such a peaceful spot! The house is newly remodeled that wonderfully executed by the owner - who is nice and responsive. The house is clean, light and airy, and offers everything you need. The kitchen has the offerings that any chef would need, and I used the outside grill every night. We hope to return later this summer!! Enjoy!!

Excellent Beach Spot
I’ve been coming to this area in Westhampton Beach for a few years, and I love the location. It’s a short walk to a private beach (just shared by a few houses off of Dune Rd). The house is very cosy and well equipped with beach amenities (great beach chairs). I love the grill, and the deck is perfect for cooking and watching the sunset. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice, and there are plenty of sheets. The kitchen and dining room are great for hanging out and cooking dinner. The pictures of the home are very accurate and well done. The space initially felt a little smaller than I had pictured in my head, but after settling in, there was plenty of room for 3 couples, and it never felt crowded. I hope to be returning soon!
