"We received a very warm welcome from Craig and Claire on arrival, Craig even carried my suitcase from the car to the hotel where Claire took over and gave us the tour of the hotel ground floor and explained how things worked. Our room was spacious enough with an ensuite, I might suggest you take on of the chairs out we never sat on both at the same time. Bathroom was a great size with plenty room for our toiletries. "The hotel is situated high above Keswick, so even though it's about a 15 minute walk into town, be mindful that it's a steep climb back again! The breakfasts are wonderful and well organised, the rooms are very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. There's a lovely terrace outside, so if you have good weather, it's a welcome space to just sit and enjoy the view. If I came back to Keswick, I'd definitely be booking to stay here again. Highly recommended!"
