One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. "My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator, and the owner does mention this so we were aware, but that was the only difficulty. 10/10 experience regardless, would stay here again!"
