"It was a large space, basically a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, island with bar stools, dining area, living area with a huge TV, and a small bedroom that just fit a king sized bed, small bedside tables, and a closet. Nice bathroom. Very clean and modern. Only missing a full-length mirror and the coat closet light wouldn’t shut off for some reason. No concierge or staff on site, no restaurant or gift shop. "Very nice property to stay at in Old Orchard Beach! It’s a very quiet neighborhood with a fully enclosed backyard, which was nice for my dog. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient as well. Only thing that I would have liked was to have access to regular cable on the tv, since I couldn’t watch NESN with Roku. But still would give this place 5 stars! We had a lovely time. 😊"

"The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! "
