"Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! I rented this spot because of the square footage, I’m traveling with 5 kids so a little extra space is nice. The apartment was clean, easily...

"We stayed here with 3 senior boys for their graduation trip. And, it was beyond our expectations. The boys didn’t want to go to the Edge bc they loved the condo so much . The views are out of this world. My next trip, I will definitely stay here again because nothing else comes close in terms of space and location. The communication was top notch. I am so spoiled now and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!!! Thank you for everything. "

"Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father. "

"Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes."

"Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!"

"My daughter and I stayed in a different property than this one, they had to move us because of some plumbing issues at the one we booked. But no matter, the place we ended up staying was absolutely amazing! It was probably better than the one that we were booked for because we were just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Center the property itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of. I would absolutely want to book with this company again!"

"Everything about the place and booking experience was GREAT! Greg was very responsive and informative throughout the stay. The space was clean and comfortable, with any amenities needed to feel at-home! "

"Extra room for our party of 9, and it was easy to get to everything in Manhattan when using this spot as our home base. Host was great and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again."

"My wife and her friend rented this place for a long weekend to visit some friends in NYC- the apartment was really nice and comfortable and located close to a lot of places or to public transport - the amenities were mostly great - would loved to have had more hand-towels and also basic kitchen items like salt and pepper! Would highly recommend and will come back - thanks for the great weekend."

"Boa localização, caminhada de 10 a 15 minutos do metrô. Bom chuveiro, cama confortável. Café da manhã satisfatório, não tenho do que reclamar. A única questão a ser melhorada seriam os elevadores. Muito lerdos, demorados. Sub dimensionados para o horário de pico. Mas esse é um detalhe que não desabona a estadia como um todo. Recomendo. Excelente custo benefício em Manhattan."

"Cada passo, cada momento na estadia foi excelente! Desde o primeiro atendimento ao último, Check-in e check-out, foi tudo muito bom! A facilidade e agilidade do Check-in e check-out surpreendeu muito. Não perdemos sequer 5 minutos com isso. O serviço de quarto estava impecável. As áreas comum do hotel traz uma vibe boa de NY. Voltarei com certeza. "
