"Great location and amenities. The owner communicated thoroughly, providing instructions and helpful bits of information for the rental and the area we were visiting. Lots of beach supplies such as snorkel gear, flotation noodles, flippers, umbrella, beach towels/blankets, chairs, boogie boards, a few beach toys, and netted carry bags. "We had a wonderful stay at our first time in Kauai for my 40th birthday trip. The resort grounds were beautiful. There were 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a slide (adults can slide also lol) A tiki bar with food, drinks and dessert. The Resort had a restaurant, a starbucks and a gift shop. The parking lot was a bit of a walk from the actual resort but they did offer Valet parking. The room was clean (with a/c). "We had a wonderful time in Kauai and were very pleased with our stay at Bob's place! It was even better than we expected and the pictures do not do it justice! Bob was very responsive before our trip and the room was perfect when we arrived. The Outrigger property was very nice- clean and inviting. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. We did not eat on site except for one breakfast and coffee at the cafe. My only frustration was the lack of chairs available at the pool. If...

"Enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, even though we had carry out for the most part. Nice proximity to local beaches in southern Kauai, as well as good location of the condo itself within the complex (near the tennis/pickleball courts and pool). Could walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops if desired and many within a short drive. Only caveat is that AC is a floor standing model and only located in the bedroom, none it the rest of the condo. Apparently the majority of condos built in...

"Lovely studio in a nice condo village. The agents were prompt and accessible. Princeville centre and golf courses are nearby but you need a car to get anywhere else. "

"This was the perfect place to stay. I can't imagine anything better! The condo is enormous, three showers and bathrooms made it so easy for our family. The rooms and beds were big enough for us to really spread out. The location is incredible. We could see the ocean from our window, the beach is just across the street. There are restaurants within easy walking distance, the pool is even closer. The washer dryer made a huge difference in our stay also, I don't know what we would have done without...
