"Very very clean rooms and spotless linens. I was so impressed earlier this week with my stay I came back for a few extra days! *I do want to acknowledge all the staff here, they are excellent and very helpful if there is a problem. I personally saw them catch a very large wolfhound/dog that some idiot guest left in their room all day unattended and the dog managed to open the door latch and escape. The staff caught the dog as I was headed for the busy road next door and hold it for hours bc...

"Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. "

"Size and amenities of the unit were terrific. Full kitchen, washer and dryer with detergent, coffee machine with coffee, etc., Walk in closet, everything was easy to use and spacious. Housekeeper left an old shower curtain in the room and the shampoo dispenser had unglued from the wall and was in the bathtub, but didn't bother to even share those details with mgmt. Even as a Hilton Honors member, they only extended checkout to 1030 instead of 10am, which was a bit disappointing."
