The bunkhouse was so charming and full of so many fun things to do as a family. The entire property is so inviting and family friendly. My kids loved the scavenger hunt! "We througly enjoyed our stay in this cute, cozy home. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults. It was clean, the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay her again."

"Property was exactly as described with the ammenities anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The area is nice and quiet and the front porch is a bonus. Our host was quick to respond with questions I had and she was so helpful. "

It was amazing to watch deer eat in the front yard and the family loved going to the Natural Fall state park to see the waterfalls. Can’t wait to go back and try another of Arthur’s cabins. OK"

"Our cabin was well stocked; it even had movies, towels, silverware and a Keurig with donut shop coffee pods!! The host Evelyn was amazing; she was so friendly and helpful! The place was serene and close to a great swimming spot!! Will definitely be going back!"

"My friends and I stayed four nights at the Rustic Chic and had a great time. The home is very clean and the beds are comfortable. It was great to be able to park in the garage, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating on the side of the house. Neighborhood is pretty quiet, so we slept well. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring all ingredients to make your meals. We needed a couple of things while we were there, but Julie the host, responded very quickly to our messages. Overall, a great stay!"

We were all adults on our trip but I could visualize multiple families using the home with separate areas (upstairs and downstairs living rooms) as well as plenty of seating for eating. Loved the sunporch overlooking the water. Very relaxing and quiet cove. Would recommend to others."

"It was a awesome cabin but Behind the dresser thing that held the micowave and the ice machine was very dirty. It had not been cleaned in a while. I would not have known but the mircowave quit and i had to pull the dresser out and turn the thing that had all of the plugins on it back on."

"Great home base for biking in Bentonville. We were able to bike on neighborhood roads and paths to the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Quick walk to a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Great bike maintenance stand and tools in the garage. We'll be back!"

"The house is cozy and well decorated. Everything was clean when we arrived. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The only negative was the internet. The speed was so slow that nothing would load. "
