"Great location near Arnold and Calavaras Big Trees. The cabin was set up well, the beds were very comfortable and showers worked great. Both the kitchen, bathrooms were clean upon arrival. However, I felt overall the cabin needs a very deep cleaning. I didn’t notice any smells, but there were so many items in the cabin that needed dusting. "Property was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable.TV not easy to use. Had a great time. Biggest problem was it took 3 hours to get in because of bad codes for door entrance. Then bad lock box code. Finally when someone showed up they opened lock with a another code which they didn't give us!"

"The house was exactly as seen in pictures and very clean upon arrival. It was HOT during our stay and I was concerned as this property does not have AC, but the mangers were wonderful in that they purchased additional fans for us to use (they were in all rooms and some rooms had two!). "Took my granddaughters for a little summer trip. The house had everything we needed, n the location is awesome. We spent two sun filled days at White Pines Lake which is just a few minutes away. "Our family that consisted of me, my husband my mom, our teen son and our dog had a wonderful time staying at David’s place. We had a bumpy start (due on unforeseen circumstances) but luckily it got fixed and David made it right again. The rest of the stay was great. "Great location for a family. The suspension bridge to get to the house was novel and made it feel like we were someplace special. You could hear the creek flowing from the house and it was a pleasant aural backdrop. Only downside was needing to take your trash with you when you leave. "

"We did not expect a 2 story condo with 1.5 baths, a kitchen and 2 balconies decks. It was beautiful in the pine trees and you could hear a pin drop. There was a gas bbq and a wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi. It is an older property that could use some screen doors to open some sliders and a few repairs with kitchen drawers that fell out. We should have brought salt, pepper, foil as we did not bring some of these basics. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would like to return again. "
