If you are looking for a family haven, romantic getaway, spa vacation, golfing break, girls getaway, or just pure relaxation this beautiful condo is for you. All refurbished in 2012, this condo offers everything your need for great vacations.
Resort-Style Pool and Spa, furnished with chaise lounges, tables and chairs, indoor fitness center overlooking pool area. Outdoor BBQ Gas Grill and Charcoal BBQ in the private court of your condo and a fully furnished outdoor gazebo by the pool.

Our condo is 999 square foot on the 2nd floor , beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings and appliances.
There is a large living/dining area with a sofa bed provided.
The master suite comprises a king sized bed, walk in closet, large en-suite bathroom with separate toilet and a large soaking tub-shower.
The 2nd bedroom has two single sized beds and a full bathroom.
The kitchen includes refrigerator, Dishwasher, microwave Oven. There is a separate utility room with a full size washer and dryer.
This unit is located nearby several golf courses in the West Palm Beach area. There is a tennis court, a spa, a swimming pool, a gym and also a pool table available a the club house; facilities that await you and your guests. The complex is also nearby several bike paths.
Several restaurants, facilities and even a brand new Outlet mall (Palm Beach Outlet) are within walking distance from the complex.
If you feel like a day on the beach, go shopping at City Place, which is 5 minutes away, and want to leave the car behind, city buses run throughout the day and there is a bus stop few steps away from the complex. Bay Point Marina, is situated within a few minutes walk it offers guided fishing trips whether you opt for deep-sea fishing, or flats fishing for Redfish and Speckled Trout. Pontoon boat rentals.
Lake Place condominium is located within a 45 minute-drive from Fort Lauderdale international airport, 7 minute drive from West Palm Beach international airport, 5 minutes from an Amtrack train station and 2 minutes from I-95 drive.
The manager speak both English and French if you required assistance during your stay.

Be advised that the you tube video is not exactly our unit. It gives a general idea of the site, however our unit is renovated and much more modern.

Tried to get a REFUND!
Property has seriously compromised flight of stairs up to unit...very UNSAFE! Arrived to a unit that was totally disgusting, was not cleaned from whomever was there before us. Long black hair was everywhere!!! Shower drain even was clogged with it! All linens were dirty, bed unmade, stacked dirty dishes filled the sink (both sides) spoiled food in the refrigerator. When we were finally able to reach the "host" they were very unfriendly and threatening telling us to go find another unit somewhere (it was Thanksgiving week) and basically the most rude individual...!!!!!

Worth the value
Unit in good repair and little extras wasn’t expecting like beach towels and barbecue. Very comfortable for sleeping and cooking, 2 nice bathrooms. Location close to airport, shopping, highway and beach. Community pool very nice!

Comfortable and conveniently located
Our family of four had a great time at this condo. It was very clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. Beach towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was a washer and dryer as well. It was only 4 miles from our daughters college, PBA. It was easy to shop for her new dorm room. It is also close to the City Square and the beach. It is in a beautiful complex, nicely landscaped. The pool and hot tub and work out room were clean. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. We would definitely be happy to come back and stay again.

Perfect location and availability to area businesses. Yeah that our needs and was what we needed.
The condo space and amenities were perfect for us. The only complaint we have was the couch and living area furniture was not comfortable. at all. The master bedroom is perfect for two adults but the guest bedroom would not have been accessible for two middle aged adults due to the bunk bed. We would however rent again.

Perfect West Palm Vacation!
This property is located in a gated community and we felt very safe and secure which was important to us as we have small children. The master bathroom shower is amazing! My three girls loved having their own room and bathroom- it was a perfect fit for them with the bunk beds. We didn’t go to the pool as we were visiting family, but we did go to the beach and was able to use the beach towels and beach toys that were there at the house. I was also surprised to find some kid toys in the house which kept the kiddos busy during downtime at the condo. It was just a perfect place for us and we really enjoyed everything it offered! Five stars!!

Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by the home. The pictures did not do it justice. A very nice upgraded home with everything you need an extras! There was even an extra mattress under the bunk bed. The people at the clubhouse were very nice and the pool area was not crowded. We enjoyed our stay!

Great get away
The condo was perfect for my family. It was clean and came stocked with the basics. The owner sent us all the information we needed for our stay. They also had some kids toys stocked which was amazing! The condo was spacious and had a washer and dryer in there with soap. The location was great close to alot of places and beaches. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Great Condo in WPB
We loved our stay here. We had a great bed in the primary bedroom with comfy pillows. The water pressure was fabulous in the primary bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. The location was central to lots of places we love even though they weren’t RIGHT there. The spa and pool were very nice. We always love having a washer and dryer in the unit…. so convenient. There is a lot of drawers and closets to unpack into. The ONLY smallish complaint I would throw out there is that this place didn’t have the best couch. We like couches that are good for naps and this wasn’t a nap couch. But I would recommend this place and would rent it again.

Great quiet location close to everything. There were no hiccups.... the house sign is right next to the wall so you might miss it the 1st time, but if you see the USPS mailboxes the condo is 50 feet to the west. Righnt next to the pool etc. We managed to book during the coldest week in 30 yrs. We have a tradition of doing that it seems. I would recomend this property to anyone. The kids room has a pocket door for noise that you can close off. The main bedroom bed was nice and comfy. Perfect location and perfect hosts. Would book again.

Great Rental!
Rental was perfect. Great location just minutes from everything (beach, shopping, food) Very clean and felt very safe. Had a question the first day and hosts answered immediately. They even left shampoo soaps hand sanitizer etc. Also the pool and amenities were great. Very clean. Will def book again for my next trip

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Very homey feel and very safe, welcoming area. We left already planning and hoping to stay here again! The condo was stocked with a basic supply of all soaps and detergents one would need for their stay along with a few staple condiments for cooking.

Wonderful Condo!
This condo is cute and has many updates. We were so impressed with all of the things that the condo was stocked with. From coolers and beach chairs to a pack-n-play for the baby, we had absolutely everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were nice. Most of the time, we were the only ones there! The beds weren't super comfortable, but not too terrible. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!

It was an enjoyable experience.
It was good. A little smaller than we thought but we made it work. A few repairs needed to the property. The pocket door didn't work and no one came to repair it even after we spoke to the owner. Didn't want stress so we dropped it. There wasn't any privacy because of that. The washing machine works well but makes a lot of noise. Might want to get it checked. The garbage bags under the kitchen sink we wet so you might also want to check for leaks there.

This location was absolutely perfect for a nice relaxing vacation with friends. Very private condo with private entrances. So close to downtown/bars/restaurants/beaches. Also, a nice pool/hottub area as well! We loved this place and will definitely be returning.

Stayed for 5 days 6 nights
1. Door to condo was so sticky you almost have to pull your arm out of socket to open it. 2. Online listing said sleeps 7 with 1 infant. Well 5 is the real number. The pull out sofa sleeper was not even sleep-worthy. 3. My friends and I traveled from Indiana and North Carolina to play in a baseball tournament and I specifically requested that the pool and hot tub be in working order. All 5 days the hot tub was down and was not repaired. The pool was OK but very dirty. We had to clean the pool ourselves before getting in. 4. The listing was for the most part very misleading. Won't stay there ever again. I could never get a direct phone number to speak with the person who rented this to me. All correspondence was done thru email and everytime I asked for a direct phone number, I was directed to the pool club house (where most of the time nobody was there). Or the community manager...not who I rented from. That was a very disappointing stay for something that was supposed to be a fun vacation with friends.
