"Our entire family stayed here to celebrate a special birthday. We were very pleased with the farmhouse and the amount of space. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Only reason we gave a 4 for cleanliness is because it was a little dusty (But expected due to it being a farmhouse!) Would recommend to all. "

"Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Will definitely be keeping this saved for future catch ups!!"

"Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. "We came for a short break Thursday-Sunday. The van was spotless. The host thought about everything from providing fairy liquid, to loo rolls. Even a little sewing kit in the bathroom. We were very lucky with our weather even had a coffee on the veranda. The views over to chesil very pretty at night with the lights. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you. "

"The location, the house, wow this was absolutely faultless. 7 adults, 1 teenager and 2 two dogs for 3 nights at new year and it was everything we hoped for. Spectacular views and perfect for the storm as we hunkered down and had a fire in the comfortable lounge playing games. We all found the beds extremely comfortable and each bathroom was spacious and very clean. The whole place, just incredible!"

"the property is as the Vrbo description The beds were so comfortable. just to make people aware the property is not fully enclosed as if you have inquisitive dogs as mine are they can get into the wood at the side of the garden over a muddy stream then onto a road and leading to fields with livestock in. The garden is a wonderful size for doge to run around in and the outside hose is a great edition to wash down your pets as we had to do on many occasions. We were visited by a deer one morning...
