"This hotel is very dated, but adequate. Good: comfortable mattress and pillows, nice jetted tub, spacious rooms and friendly front desk. Not Good: mold/mildew everywhere, room smells of mold/mildew, not super clean, VERY minimal breakfast, noisy plumbing ( obnoxious noise anytime other rooms flushed) Front desk area was cluttered with: lightbulbs, gallons of paint, food and junk. "

"If you are looking to spend a lot of time at Cave Run Lake this is a great location as it is close to multiple boat ramps. The only issue I had was some materials chipping or peeling from the ceiling. Overall a good property and was as advertised"

"Our stay was supposed to be a couples trip but we had to take the kids due to no babysitter. The host made sure we had everything we needed. They were extremely nice to us and our children. It's greatly appreciated ❤️ I definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away. It was so nice and peaceful! "

"My buddy and I stayed 4 nights to do some fishing at Cave Run Lake. The cabin was close to many boat launches. The owner was super friendly with great communication. The cabin listing was very accurate with no surprises. I would highly recommend this cabin to friends."

"We were grateful there were two beds! But everything was very hodgepodge! The bed was terrible! There was very hot water and lots of pressure! The tub was clean and the refrigerator was new! With a little effort it could be very cute! We tried to call the contact to figure out where we were going as GPS wasn’t accurate! And the ladies voicemail was full! "

"So we arrived… not impressed at all… really disappointed… TV remotes were corroded from the batteries, refrigerator freezer was soiled (property owner came and cleaned) AFTER she was notified from Evolve, she stated that they were just there and cleaned 🙄. "Superior experience: the cabin was ultra clean and comfortable. It was listed as new but felt like we were the first people to stay there. Messaged the host with a question and she called me back within a couple minutes and was very helpful. We usually travel to Morehead and Cave Run in the summer to camp. These cabins now open up the rest of the year to enjoy this beautiful area. "
