"Our stay in the Azalea house was quite pleasant. The house was just the right size for 2. We enjoyed sitting out on the little porch watching the squirrels. Also enjoyed the swing on the property overlooking the bayou. Lots of trees in the property made it feel like we were out in the country. Would definitely recommend. "

"We are a group of four Christian ladies over the age of 50. We like to go out to eat together and occasionally travel a little distance to different places of interests. We love eating at The Little Big Cup and this little cottage is the best place ever to stay! We loved the location. Cleanliness was superb! We could walk to restaurants and the grocery! Thank you!!"

"We came with the kids and the dog for Thanksgiving break. We picked this house because it said it was on the water and 2.5 acres. It did not disappoint! The dog loved having all that room to run and fetch. The kids loved that there was a kayak rental on site and were able to kayak down the river. "This was our 2nd time staying hete while visiting family and we will always stay here moving forward. Perfect location and peaceful. Missed the frogs singing to us, must be toocold in November fir them. "

"Beautiful house very nicely done inside with lovely finishes and plenty of space. The master does not have an attached bathroom but it is not a big deal the bathroom is close and well done so totally worth it. The kitchen is lovely with great appliances and a huge island and the wi-fi works great. The TV does not have cable or satellite just streaming but it works great and we just logged in to our own accounts. The lot is huge with large beautiful trees, plenty of parking, very quiet at the end...

The property was in the cutest neighborhood with houses similar to our stay on both sides of the street. We saw people riding their bikes and walking their dogs throughout our stay. "We stayed at Suzi’s cottage for 5 nights. It truly was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Suzi was a very friendly, and attentive hostess. The cottage reflects Suzi’s artistic talents. It is very tastefully decorated with artwork, and some of her wonderful handmade pottery. The cottage was immaculate, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. "A friend and I came to town for a tennis tournament. I ended having to come in last minute from New Orleans for a 8 am match. The owner was super accommodating and let us check in early. The house is great and just a few minutes walk from all the places downtown. Just a great place to stay when visiting Lafayette. Would definitely stay there again. "

"This is a very cool place that has everything. This getaway place is near the city but feels like it is at a campground. We loved the 2 different houses and the outdoor area with the firepit. It has plenty of parking, space to relax and 2 kitchens that has ample supplies. Check-in and out was convenient as well. We brought some extra chairs and enjoyed sitting by the river which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy some rest & relaxation. "

"We had such a nice stay in this beautifully decorated little cottage. From the hardwood floors to the beautiful tile shower and the comfortable king size bed- it was all very nice! We loved being away from the noise of the city and in the country but still only a 15 drive from Lafayette. The scenery was so pretty. We would definitely stay here again! "
