"Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area."

The bedrooms are stocked with comfortable robes and the owner provides some snacks and treats which were appreciated by the kids, young and old. "We very much enjoyed this penthouse and the stunning view. We watched the Navy Pier fireworks from the windows. The location is terrific, with much to do/see within easy walking distance, and easy access to the L trains for venturing further away. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was well appointed with dishes and other kitchen essentials (like coffee filters, etc.) for enjoying a continental breakfast and snacks. All we needed to purchase was our groceries."

"Grand Indeed! James and Jeri-Lou’s attention to detail and commitment to providing their guests a positive experience, coupled with the outstanding unit 50 floors up, made a memorable stay. The detailed instructions they provided about picking up “The Bag” and how to use its contents were VERY helpful. The doormen were friendly and knowledgeable. As we entered our romantic retreat, we were greeted by a personalized message on the TV screen welcoming us to this paradise in the sky. Nice touch!...

"We came to Chicago to visit museums and the apartment was clean and conveniently located. It had everything we needed for our stay. One note, parking is listed as an amenity. However, it wasn’t included, though there were many secure lots within a block to pay and park."

"This property is in a great Oak Park location, easy walking distance to a fabulous local breakfast at Publican as well as other restaurants. Also easy walk to Dunkin if that’s more your style. Host is very responsive and great to work with. Nice sized kitchen, comfortable beds. Not a lot of counter space in bathroom. Backyard is nice place to relax in the evening. Street parking is readily available outside of school pickup and drop off."
