"Our week staying at the Friendly Mullet was a fun, family trip. The quiet neighborhood, clean beach, and calm gulf water was great for small children. The rental was well stocked with all essential items and the gulf view from the covered patios was relaxing. The use of the beach chairs, wagon, and toy dump trucks were appreciated. We swam at the two pools each one time for a change of pace from the beach. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your rental home! "

"This property has it all, and it's beautifully decorated. Love that its right on the beach and the deck space below the house is amazing. The porch /deck on the house was an amazing space too. Has a porch swing and deck chairs to just watch the waves. The best part is the inside of the house is the ocean views from all of the windows. Bedrooms and master has incredible views of the ocean too"

"This property was perfect for our group of 12 graduated seniors (17 total people). The ability to stay together in a 1.6 million house that met all of our needs was priceless. They swimming pool and the fire pit were popular hang out spots for the group. The patio furniture is really nice and sturdy. The kitchen is huge. Huge. We enjoyed the large refrigerator and the ice machine in the bar area. Our group was just able to fit around the large dining room table with additional chairs...

"The arrival and check in process was seamless. It’s in a great location when it comes to being near the beach and great food options. The house was just as described. Everything we needed was available. It was a great location to stay before boarding the cruise ship. 20 min drive to the port. We would stay here again. "

"We loved the house and it's location between the west end of the island and the Seawall. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We plan to book it again in the future. "

"This property was better than expected, mainly because of the pool that was not in the listing so that was a nice surprise! Fishing pier was convenient to fish. Wish there was more lights at the pier for night fighing though. Overall, we had a great time here!"

"This home was perfect for our little family reunion. It was nice to be off the main boardwalk area but just a few minutes drive from any activity or restaurant. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids enjoyed the downstairs game room with the triple bunk beds. We also were pleased the bedrooms had ceiling fans. Kitchen was well stocked. We would come back here when visiting the the area again"

"This house was perfect for our extended family vacation! Plenty of sleeping space for everyone to be comfortable including fun bunk rooms for the cousins! The living space was spacious and comfortable as was the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and dishes. The main fridge wasn't working which was a little annoying, but there were multiple fridges in the kitchen area and so there was still plenty of space to keep all of our perishables cold. "My stay at was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to express my concerns about the state of the house.Upon arrival, I was appalled to find the property in a shocking state of disrepair and neglect. The cleanliness of the house was far below acceptable standards, and it did not align with the luxury rental experience that VRBO promises. "Um bom hotel, no entanto, ao tentar pagar, três cartões de três bancos diferentes foram recusados, mesmo utilizando-os da forma "inserir-digitar senha". Pra completar, eles não aceitaram nenhum cartão pela função "tap", tão pouco aceitaram Google Wallet. Resultado: tive que sair andando tarde da noite (10pm ou 11pm) à procura de um caixa eletrônico. Se eu não tivesse encontrado um mercado aberto e com caixa eletrônico funcionando, eu estaria em apuros. Não dá pra entender o porquê não aceitarem a função "tap" nem Google Wallet numa situação como essa, considerando que meu cartão foi aceito no pré-pagamento da reserva."
