Family and pet friendly house in beautiful Sandy Knoll County Park!

Enjoy your stay at a former ranger house. House includes master bedroom with a queen bed, small deck and private one-half bathroom. Second bedroom includes a double bed with ample closet space. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a futon and a large closet. The house sleeps eight in beds with additional space on two regular sofas.
Two full bathrooms recently remodeled to meet the needs of occupants. There is a full kitchen with all appliances, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, and associated cooking utensils. A dining room table that easily seats eight with nearby deck that includes patio furniture and a Weber charcoal grill.
The living room has a large screen TV and local cable channels are provided. The basement family room area also boasts an additional large screen TV. Two storage rooms also on the basement floor provide a quiet place to read a book, put together a puzzle or play board games with the family. The basement also includes a newly installed high-efficiency washing machine and dryer.
Wireless high-speed cable internet is provided with excellent reception throughout the house. A fire pit is provided in the backyard along with ample room for backyard activities. Attached two-car garage and parking area offers ample room for cars, trucks and snowmobiles.
The ranger house is located in Sandy Knoll County Park. All of the county park amenities are available to ranger house occupants. Enjoy the small pond and beach area, playgrounds, disc golf course and pro shop, and 8 acre dog park. Many miles of trails are available for all seasons. Children will have fun on both playground areas with one located very near the ranger house.
Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. We ask that if pets are to be left alone in the house that they be crated. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds.
