"The apartment was awesome. Easy check in process. It felt like luxury living. Very spacious!! I loved the decor. Everything was provided down to the laundry detergent pods. "Very safe and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be staying here for my yearly trip to STL. Owners were very friendly and quick to repsond when contacted. We did not have any issues with this house. Liked that it has 2 BR's that are on opposite ends of the house. House has everything you need for your stay from coffee pods to streaming TV. "

But why not leave the terrace open for new year's to watch the fireworks, the terrace was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.....
