"We have stayed here before, it is our go to for Leavenworth!! We go with two other couples and we have the best time! The hot tub is awesome on the cold nights and the walk to town is so convenient and quick!! The pictures don’t do it justice! It is a wonderful spot!"

"Excellent stay along the beautiful Icicle River! We booked both Riverdance and Meadowdance. We have stayed at both several times and as always they exceed our expectations. Also Greg is a wonderful host and graciously welcomed us. We will definitely be returning!"

"Great location with beautiful scenery and lots of games for kids of all ages. Very comfortable home, clean, and well stocked. Nice kitchen for cooking and enjoying meals together. "

"The cabin was close to the lake for easy access for fishing. It was also just a short drive to Leavenworth. The only thing to mention was that if you are at all mobility impaired, it's probably not the place for you. There are very steep stairs up to the bed. Otherwise it was great for what we needed. "

"We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were some hiccups leading up to it. Air conditioning was a deciding factor in choosing this location. Before our stay, we noticed A/C was not listed anymore. I had to contact several times about this issue and was met with rude responses stating it never had A/C. After staying here, we can see there is an A/C system. Anyway, all of that was a headache. They gave us a small refund that I don’t think was sufficient for the lack of A/C. There were some fans,...

"Great quiet place for us and our dog. Fireworks dont work with her. VERY nice place to stay, Inside is like new other than the beds which were still OK. Very well taken care of inside. Only reason for 4 stars is the outside area around the cabin has not been taken care . They should just hire a weed person couple times a year is all. Its a woods setting so not a real issue just a FYI to owner. Will book again. Jim"

"House was clean and set up very well for our group. The kitchen was very large and common areas were comfortable to spend time in. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Walk-ability of the house was phenomenal to all of downtown and the river"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location for pet friendly accommodations. The home is older, yet cozy and comfortable. The yard has grass, but needs basic upkeep and mowing. We definitely would stay again."
