"Nice and spacious house. Communication with the owner was quick. Small issue with a smoke detector and batteries for a light/fan remote that the owner took care of immediately. A little disappointed that there was not a television in the master bedroom, but it did not take away from our overall satisfaction with our stay. Thank you for sharing your house with us."

"We travel to Arizona for a family event and stayed at Luxury Living 6. Our stay was great. We really enjoyed the open concept of the kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable and the property is just as described. The pool was the cherry on top. Very enjoyable. We made use of the inflatables available too. Will def. consider staying again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your cactus sanctuary! So many memories were made for both the adults and the kids. We can wait to come back and stay again"

"I feel this rental is a good value for the price per night. It's clean and everything inside was good except the towel rack in the bathroom needs some work. The rental is located near all the stores and services anyone would need. The outside seating could definitely use an upgrade. The rocking chair on the patio was broken and luckily my husband noticed before we sat in it. We will keep this rental on the list for future visits to Yuma."

"This quaint place had everything needed for my staff and I for a busy week in Yuma. The beds are AMAZING and the Pillows!!!! I never seen so many on a bed. So comfy. Area is off the grid and quiet. Even the pool was relaxing and refreshing. Thank you for letting us stay in your little gem in Yuma!!!"

"We returned to Shannon’s property again in the winter of 2023 because it is a very comfortable place to be in Yuma. The house is clean and well supplied with all you need to feel at home. It is in great location to get anywhere else. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Shannon is an excellent host and always does her best to accommodate your requests. We have reserved with her for January 2024 and hope we can once again enjoy this home away from our home. I give this a very high rating."

However, I would randomly check up on cleaning crew to make sure they are stocking the house with necessities like bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper, all of which we had to make a special trip to buy. Also the shower curtains need to be washed."

"Great quiet place to stay for a short trip to Yuma. The property has been refreshed and updated, very welcoming with a lot of attention to detail. The hosts left all the necessary information we needed along with welcome snacks. The home was very clean. No complaints, would stay again! "

"The room was clean and nothing broken or rundown. The staff was attentive and available. Check in and out fast and convenient. I used the little gym. Mostly cardio equipment and 1 bench with 2 adjustable weights. I just wish they had a water jug available. Saw the pool but left before the operating hours started. Looked clean. The one thing that was bothersome was the cow odor only when outside. Did not carryover inside at all"

"Our suite was beautiful and the location close to the airport and shopping was great. We also really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Just wish the hot tub was available while we were there. "
