"Beautiful property nestled near the hills and mountains of Wellsville. Well cared for and convenient for all the Founder's Day activities we participated in. We enjoyed the pickleball court, trampoline, playground, and yard. We enjoyed our time there. Some of my grandchildren really enjoyed the black and white cats hanging about the property."

"Although hard to find at night, we were so happy to find this gem. It’s such a cozy nice place that we will continue to use when we come to Logan. The host is great and would recommend this place to anyone. "

"This is our 4th time using Bear Spring Retreat. Paul and Missy are really helpful. The space meets all of our needs, and they are very accommodating to our unique requirements. We will continue to return. "

" I had to give the check-in 3 stars due to no communications being received prior to check-in. After locating Marc’s (host) contact information he immediately forwarded the needed info and rectified the situation. He was very attentive to the situation. The condo is as it appears in the pics, recently updated and very spacious with all the amenities. We are looking forward to returning during ski season. "Thank you, Dave and Stacey, for the perfect getaway for a 4-couple’s golfing trip. It was very comfortable, and we took advantage of the pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, foosball table, and corn hole, when not golfing. Just wished we stayed longer to enjoy the barbeque, hot tub and pickleball courts. The kitchen was very well stocked. The views of the mountains and lake were spectacular, and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely for morning walks. Communication responses were...

"We enjoy staying in Eden, it’s close to the city but far enough away. Wolf creek lodge has a great pool and it was quiet during our stay in mid summer. The condo itself does not have central AC, so it takes a few hours for the swamp coolers to cool down the unit; even then the upstairs isn’t ever really comfortable during the day. It’s a great place to retreat to in the evening."

"We had a much needed respite from our caregiver role. We are talking about when we might be able to run away again. Thanks!"

"This home was just what our family needed. We were coming from four different locations for our annual family fun weekend. Age range was 7 to 77 with one medium-sized dog. "This unit is very well located next to (Stairway) the Timberline Base at PowMow. A great starting point or ending point for your day. This unit is a roomy 3br condo with nice partial views of the mountains. The unit is a little dayed (like PowMow) but we found it very clean and very well appointed with anything we needed. Kitchen was set up for making anything. Very nice to have 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Lots of light in the living room. Garage was a bonus and there’s a great mud...

"I had some friends coming from out of town and it was a no-brainer to have them stay at this location after my last experience with Jackie. Excellent communication, exceptionally clean property, and overall a wonderful experience for myself and my friends. "
