"The hosts were super communicative and accommodating to everything we needed, even going so far as to give us a tour of the property when we arrived late at night. "We were there for just one night. It was such a quiet, relaxing afternoon and evening. We had driven most of the morning and it was a nice de-stressed! The river was beautiful. The yard was mowed and we sat in the chairs that were provided and watched the sun set behind the trees. "

"This property was in a great location for access to the Kancamagus Scenic Byway. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The only slight inconvenience was having to bring our own linens, but that was a small trade-off for the location and price for our 2-night stay. The wood stove was a great feature on a chilly night. Scott was an excellent host who provided clear check-in procedures and responded quickly to our one inquiry."

"Our say at Keith's and Erika's cabin was a much needed respite for my wife and me. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay where we basked in doing nothing but enjoying the warmth and coziness of the cabin. We're planning on coming back soon and renting both cabins for our son and daughter-in-law and us. The only downsides were a leaky shower head that sprayed water on the bathroom ceiling and a lot of dog hair on the floor. "
