"The location is exceptional - with a path down to the marshes from the back garden. The house is well-equipped with top of the range oven, dishwasher etc., plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Large garden at the back and a pleasant veranda at the front of the house. Four good sized bedrooms, only negative was the very creaky double beds. Host replied immediately to any questions and was very helpful."

"Lovely 3 night stay, perfect location, close to all amenities but not in the thick of it so not noisy. Parking for 1 car, bit tight but fine and a bonus in Wells. Nice court yard for our dog and secure. Clean cottage, only negative is my husband is 6’2” and the shower upstairs is in the bath so he was nearly touching the ceiling and the downstairs one is very small. Would definitely recommend this property though and will stay again"
