"Beautifully appointed cottage with all the travellers needs in a magnificent area ❤️. My family had an amazing time at this cottage ! Very close and central to all the things we lovel most about PEI. The Dunes gardens are spectacular everytime we visit and of course the Malpeque oysters are the best! "

"The cottage was just as described. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The property was well kept. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The only thing we would add would be some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors and a handle on the inside of main bathroom. There were 4 of us in total and we had lots of room. The screened in porch was lovely for dining and sitting outside. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the fire. Thanks so much, "

"Paul was such a gracious, caring property owner. It was a treat to stay in a beautiful historical house renovated very tastefully. The location was a perfect place to base out of, close to landmarks and close to the Credit Union Place where the National Powerlifting was. So nice to have access to a washer and dryer. "

"Wonderful vacation at this wonderful beach house. Thunder cove beach is stunning. The house is well appointed, and had everything we needed. I would ask for more information in the guest binder. (Area highlights, restaurants, what’s open in the shoulder seasons, how to get down to the beach, if swimming is advisable,). Central island location, ideal for day trips. New sheets are needed for the two kings and more responsiveness from the management company would be appreciated"

"We had a great time, Kathy was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. She had the fridge stocked with basic necessities and even had kids cups, plates, utensils and a playpen which was very convenient. The fact that she allowed us to use the garage was perfect for my husband to store his dirt bike while we were off doing activities as we came to PEI for a race and made a trip of it. Highly recommend Kathy’s vacation home."

"This house was clean and well set up. Matresses could be updated but were still fairly comfortable. Listing indicates that there is a hot tub and cabin bedroom and includes pictures of those amenities, but we discovered after booking that this was only available at an additional cost. This is misleading. Overall the house fit our needs and had what we needed to make our trip easy and stress free."

"Property is ideal for large family or two families vacationing. It has all the amenities needed for a relaxing and fun vacation stay. From Air conditioning to mini bar, multiple firer places, great views and large private property, river access, with Kayaks etc. Very close to beach, nice restaurants and wedding venue. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come again."

"The property was unique. The bed in the main building was very comfortable. I didn't like the shower being in the bunkie and that there was no privacy when entering and exiting the shower. Unfortunately there were many mosquitoes so staying outside at night wasn't possible. The power went off during our stay and we could not find any candles so we drove out to get some. "

"Spacious location for 3 couples, lots of supplies, bbq, great water pressure and steps to the water. Swimming preferred at the more known beaches. Kayaking was available and close to the water. Lots of cooking supplies, don't buy too many groceries before checking with the owner or the cabinets yourself. Recommend Cabot Beach or Thunder Cove beach about 40 minutes drive. Suzanne was super helpful with any issues like propane. Recommend a "what to do cheat sheet" for some directions. "

"It was easily accessible, people were friendly. I would suggest making sure the shower bottles are full, the conditioner was empty, the towel rack in the bathroom had seen better days for sure, and some wash cloths would’ve been nice. I would also suggest screens on the ground floor windows. Other than those minor things, it was a peaceful stay and would stay again. "
