"It was a friends and family gathering. Nice place and surroundings. Right on waterfront. Can’t complain how easy it was to access water. Kayak’s, paddle boards, the biggg floating mat all added to the fun. Great property. We had good time. An opportunity to reconcile property manager clean up instructions to what was posted inside the property. I ended up paying a cleanup penalty on top of heavy cleaning fees paid upfront because of this confusion. On checkin bathroom trashcans were not...

"It was just me and my wife this time. We have stayed at this property many times over the last 10 years or so. The owners really make great attempts to make this property feel like home. "13 of us stayed at this house for 4 nights. We all had plenty of space to spread out and come together. The lake access is fantastic. There are so many amenities, even an ice maker. We loved the huge hot tub that overlooks the water and outdoor fireplace. There are plenty of cold storage options. We highly recommend staying here!"

"We’ve spent a decade on the Lake and we had another wonderful trip! THANK YOU to Mary who was a fantastic hostess from the very beginning – wildly responsive to messages, checked in on us every few days, provided recommendations in the area, and greeted us with flowers / coffee / chocolates at the house. She was spectacular! Some of our favorites: view of the lake from the sunroom – we enjoyed all our family meals here; the coziness of the fire pit and it was really nice to have the firewood...

"We really enjoyed this lake house, we had a really good time. Lots of amenities available on the property for entertainment. Some upkeep could be done to the place, new lightbulbs , and just general maintenance but other than that, great time! We do an annual men's trip and this is our first time doing it at Lake Gaston and we want to come back here in the future "

"The house was very nice, well kept, and clean. It provided a great place for my family & extended family to enjoy the long weekend. We had a great time. The wood outside is beginning to deteriorate. The railing by the grill is very loose. I would suggest removing the old broken water toys (jet ski in the water & driveway). While there was enough space at the dock to tie up my boat & Jet Ski, if the owner's boat was trailered when renters were there it would allow the renters to place their boat...

"This mobile home was very clean and well organized and comfortable. The host provided all essentials including many set of towels, sheets, soaps, cleaning supplies and condiments of all kinds to prepare meals, if desired. "Great space in the house. Spent a lot of time fishing on the dock, lots of bluegill, turtles and a few catfish. I do not believe it is a deep cove. Nice walk to the "club", neighbors were very friendly. The house could use a deep cleaning (dusty) but acceptable. Overall, a great week. Thank you Dennis. "
