We had a great resolution and changed the room after visiting the twin room and appreciated that. Only missing more sockets in the room, because for two people it was needed. In the bathroom, on the first use, there was no soap in the shower or sink, I called asking at the reception, who promptly had a collaborator take me the soap, which is very difficult...
