"My stay was great. The staff was very upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked. I had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The hotel even has a laundry facility and a fitness room. It was so nice that I stayed an extra day just to relax and enjoy the amenities."
"My sheets were dirty with blood stains and other unidentifiable stains, and the, bathroom was not fully re-supplied with lotion. The shower was not repaired to fix the missing soap dish. Even though housekeeping supplied us with cleaner bed covers, the overall experience was not satisfying. "
"We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn all the time, but this one was by far and away the best one we’ve ever experienced. The lobby was beautiful. The bar area was fantastic. The staff was great. The outdoor fire pits were lovely. And the parking area was well lit and very safe. Located just a few minutes off the freeway. It was super convenient as well."
"I quite liked the room! and the amenities in it. Very refreshing and new compared to other hotels ive stayed at. I also enjoyed that the house keepers came rather frequently, as I prefer to be bothered for a clean room rather than every other day service. The only thing I noticed is that the elevator was out of inspection date by about a month, and made weird noises sometimes. Kinda sketchy. Wasnt a big fan of that."
"The hotel was peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean. The restaurant was nice. Pool was clean. There was no towel-swan on my bed, but that's alright! Overall a good experience. They really need a coffee maker on the upper levels though!!! It stinks when you have to go downstairs for coffee in your pj's!"
"Prepaid reservation for three nights, in Jan 7 and Oct 10 but I stayed two nights mainly due to item 1 and aggravated by items 2 to 4:
-item 1: insecurity due to snowstorm due to access: about 4 miles of paved secondary road with no shoulder and many trees and the final 3/4 mile without paving and shoulder.
-item 2: very bad breakfast, on day 1 (7:30 am) with 1 overripe banana and orange. Unhealthy animal protein with bacon and acceptable scrambled eggs and on day 2, NO EGGS, ONLY 1 ORANGE AND...
