Surrounded by its own absolutely private nature sanctuary, Rivertime is a beautiful cabin for personal retreat, quality family time, or romance. This 800-square foot cabin has recently been updated both inside and out! The furnishings and decor are vibrant, inspiring positive vibes. Situated on the banks of the Ivy River, the cabin is remarkably clean and filled with light, and is perfectly suited for a true mountain getaway. As you gaze into the flames of a cozy fire on a cool evening, you'll feel your worries dissipate and wonder why you didn't come here sooner.

Wake up to fresh mountain air and enjoy the woodland wildlife from the comfort of the covered deck! The cabin's exterior and landscaping, including stone pathways and accent lighting, have been recently enhanced for your enjoyment. A short path leads to the gurgling river, perfect for a dog who loves to swim - our furry friends love Rivertime too! After a busy day, grill out on the deck and enjoy beautiful wooded views from the hot tub.

For anglers, Rivertime is extra special! If fishing is a favorite activity for anyone in your group, the easy, private river access provides a unique opportunity to fish a quiet spot on the river all to yourself. Just step out of the cabin and walk down a short trail to the riverbank, and enjoy fishing for trout and small-mouthed bass to your heart's content! An additional bonus to this cozy cabin is that it is a Certified Eco-Friendly Property which includes Recycling, Water Saving Toilet, Low VOC Paint, and Green Cleaning Products.

Important Property Notes:
• 4WD/AWD Recommended in Winter and Travel Insurance Reccomended
During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access Rivertime. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
• Long, Narrow Gravel Driveway and Directions: The seclusion at Rivertime is possible because it is situated near the riverbank at the end of a long, narrow gravel driveway that is only wide enough for a single vehicle. We recommend only bringing one vehicle to Rivertime, and to be prepared to turn the vehicle around in a tight space at the bottom. Note that GPS is incorrect for this address, and will take you to the wrong location. Please read over (and print!) our written driving directions before departing on your trip and let us know if you have any questions.
• Amenities: Heads up for avid sports fans, you may not be able to watch live games at this property. There is no cable, satellite, or streaming internet service. Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. Special arrangements can be made for therapeutic massages and private yoga or pilates sessions at the cabin. Also, there is a massage table available for personal use.

• For any reservation with pets, please note that only dogs are allowed. Your reservation requires a pet fee of $75 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on your reservation.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals. Thanks!

This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you would prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
