This two-bedroom hidden gem offers a prime location in downtown Waynesville, right in the center of it all! Your all-suite second-floor condo features exposed brick details and hardwood floors. Enjoy easy access to all that downtown has to offer including shopping, art galleries, dining, nightlife, and annual festivals. Outdoor adventure, as well as bustling Asheville, are within a 30-mile drive.

The open kitchen and dining space is equipped with a full suite of all-black appliances. Handy gadgets include a Keurig machine. An ornate chandelier hangs above the four-seat dining table. Sprawl out on the sofa and two armchairs and watch shows on the Roku TV. A cozy window nook overlooks the charming streets of downtown Waynesville. Sweet dreams await on a queen bed in the primary bedroom. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides two twin beds, a cute window nook, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Drive approximately 30 miles and explore downtown Asheville; check out the breweries, fine dining, eclectic shops, history museums, and live music. Check out the sprawling Biltmore Estate and Village. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, tubing, zip lining, and skiing. Venture to Pisgah National Forest or enjoy a scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Lake Junaluska is a quick 4-mile drive from your condo, while the slopes at Cataloochee Ski Area are less than 14 miles away. Time your visit right and discover downtown Waynesville festivals including Folkmoot, Apple Harvest Festival, Mountain Dance & Festival, and Art After Dark.

Fun Weekend Away!
Myself, my husband and our son stayed in the Loft for a quick weekend getaway. It was fabulous! The Loft itself is adorable and the location is phenomenal! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful in-town hideaway
The main thing you need to know is that the listing and its photos are accurate in depicting the space. It is well-appointed and cozy, and I don't mean cozy as a euphemism for "cramped." Our family of two adults and two teens felt very comfortable. I could imagine a space like this being spartan and coldly modern. I could imagine it being Victorian and overstuffed. Whoever decorated here struck a perfect balance in making visitors feel at home. There is some inconsistency in the detail you'll see in the listing versus the detail you receive upon confirmation and then check-in. Most significantly, depending upon what you've read, as of Dec. 2023 the apartment does *not* have dedicated parking out back. This wasn't a problem for us, but you wouldn't want it to be a last-minute surprise.

CUTE APARTMENT/AWFUL MANAGEMENT (Vacasa)
The first thing I noticed was the open refrigerator and the take out container with a dirty fork inside. There were crumbs and a used toothpick on the placemats. The glass table, counters, and stove top were dirty. There was marijuana on the coffee table, hair in the sheets, hair in the dirty sink, a dirty toilet seat and bowl, hair in the dirty bathroom sink, used soap and toiletries in the shower, the mirror had white toothpaste spots all over it, and the bathroom floor was dirty. There were dishes in the dishwasher. AND my son found an insulin pen under his bed. I also found more pot in the master bedroom when I bent down to tie my shoes. Vacasa has a link through VRBO to their site and their cleaning protocols. They most definitely DID NOT wipe ANYTHING down and the dust bunnies under the bed are proof that they DO NOT thoroughly clean everything as stated on their website link. I had to wash our bed linens. Vacasa did send over towels. (They were brand new and I had to wash them as well). There was ONE coffee pod. The Vacasa employee brought more coffee pods with the towels, BUT they were ALL caramel apple flavored and there were no creamers. The apartment itself is close to PERFECT. The location is EXCELLENT. The decor is charming and the natural lighting is very nice. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well designed and I love the hutch. It is the kind of place where you just feel happy (when it's clean). The only flaws there are minor and would be that the living room blinds do not go up (thus obstructing the view) and there is no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom (which had two half used rolls of TP sitting on a stand. Am I the only one who doesn't want to stick my hand in a used-by-strangers roll of TP in order to use it myself?). Had it been clean - I would have given it 5 stars overall. Perhaps this place being dirty was a fluke, but I am NOT AT ALL impressed with Vacasa as a host. They did refund my cleaning fee, but I feel like they should compensate me for the hassle and unprofessional service. Good luck communicating with them if you ever have a problem. I have a feeling though that the next guests may find it spotless since I sent pictures of what we found. Perhaps the owner should guard his investment and this ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC apartment and hire someone local who takes pride in their work to clean it and keep it stocked. In the future, I will only stay with owner hosts.

Loved the view wished blinds would go up so we could see better . The stairs were old and leaning to the left . Very cute and cozy . Only one wine glass and coffee cups could be bigger . The stairs were a killer but great place

Adorable , clean
This is an adorable downtown loft ! Immaculate, well furnished ! I would definitely stay there again . Only constructive advice is the unit is very hard to find . I spent almost 45 min trying to locate the door . For ease of future renters please look for Tammy’s Jewelry, the door to the loft is tucked inside a cubby right outside their door . Very nice store !!!

Parking issues
The location is fine except that the instructions for parking are confusing and incomplete; - there is no overnight parking on Wall Street behind the location - there is no parking on Main Street between 5 and 7 am Monday and Friday - During the day there is a three hour maximum on Main Street So - you can park as long as you shuffle your vehicle from spot to spot Luckily the Waynesville police suggested the lot by the Watami restaurant up the street. may want to include that info on the listing

Anniversary Trip
Everything was very nice, parking on Wall St 24/7 was permitted if you were staying in downtown. great to be able to just walk to everything. Wildflower Blue Bakery is a must, so is Sauced. They make great Taco's and Pizza.

Fun Getaway!
Great stay in Waynesville! Downtown near everything. Walk to dining, shops and bars. Nicely appointed apartment, cozy and comfortable. Everything you need for a long weekend getaway. My only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom is quite hard.

Much needed ladies’ weekend
Put 4 good friends together in this apartment, getting away from partners and children, for a weekend, and you have a memorable and magical weekend. The lodging is well decorated, elegant cozy and full character with exposed brick architecture, comfortable beds with custom linens and a tiny but functional kitchen with appropriate tableware for basic needs. It was immaculate, quiet and right in the center of downtown Waynesville shops and eateries. You can park your car in the back during the day and move it to street parking in the front in the evening overnight. We thoroughly enjoyed browsing through the businesses and eating/drinking our way through town. We definitely will seek out this location again when we return to the area. Highly recommend it!

8 nights in Waynesville
Great location and area. Cool condo, good job utilizing space, neat and clean. AC didn't work when we arrived on Weds, but they set up a portable a/c unit that worked fine until the central was fixed. Our stay was for 8 nights and we enjoyed it very much. Some of the turnkey people were real pros, some slightly less. Not a deal breaker. Graham was very helpful. Minor things: 1. Parking is ok, you can't park in the back over night and you can't park on the street all day...that's ok but the sign that said no parking on street Monday's and Friday's 5 am to 7 am. Hmm. Take your chances. 2. Ice maker didn't work, but Fridge did a good job of keeping the food fresh. 3. Great view out the double window in the front, however you can't raise the blinds, the cord is gone, (wasn't us lol). Step outside if want the view and we came to spend time outside, 4. 8 nights and the trash needs to go somewhere. Instructions say leave it..told turnkey rep it was building up and the lady keep reading the instructions to leave it. We figured something out on our own. (but Ican't tell you} Ya, that's all kind of picky, so don't let it keep you from trying this place. It's the cool pad you always wanted. I would recommend a week and be sure to catch a play at the Hart Theater, also the cannoli's at the Wildflour Blue Bakery are the best and Angelo's is great, tell them your "connected", the food is terrific. Just What We Were Looking For
The location is literally in the middle of downtown. It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The property is fully appointed - appliances, kitchenware, extra linens, etc. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Notes to be aware of: The front door is a bit hidden so look around the small brick wall facade, parking was not difficult for us on our visit but could be tricky during peak season. We would be happy to reserve this property again.
