Cozy Bear Cabin is located in beautiful and quaint Waynesville North Carolina, the largest town in
North Carolina west of Asheville. Waynesville is located about 30 miles southwest of Asheville between
the Great Smoky and Blue Ridge Mountains. The home boast 4000' VIEWS and is only 7 minutes to the bottom of the mountain, 12 minutes to Wal-Mart or Ingles and 15 minutes to Main Street of Waynesville.
The home features 3 levels with 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and a 1 trundle bed (two twin beds) there is also a queen futon couch/bed in the loft or a queen pullout couch bed in the lower level, all of which will sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. Very private yet only minutes to down town Waynesville and Expressway. Access is paved with a driveway that has a moderate incline which may require AWD or 4WD if snow or ice. Suggest to back in drive or go beyond the home and turn around at reflectors and pull into the drive.

The home owner supplies a 1 night supply of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Items you will need to bring with you for your stay
All paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates)
Dish Soaps, Laundry Soaps, Bath Soaps, Hand Soaps
Trash Bags, Foils, Baggies, ect.
Owners do not provide these items for the entire stay.
All linens and kitchen items are included in the home. The coffee pot is a keurig.
