"Gift bag was a nice touch! Shower and bathroom area could use a renovation and brighter lighting. Breakfast didn't have hot food because of some kitchen malfunction - disappointed. "

"This property is perfect for an overnight stay if going to the airport early in the morning. The shuttle was very convenient. The pool is also nice with a hot tub which was very nice to relax in. "

"It’s an older hotel but it’s been kept up. Breakfast was wonderful!! Staff were fantastic!! Pool and hot tub were just what we needed to finish our wonderful day!"

"We loved the down to earth atmosphere. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed chatting with Cheryl, the breakfast host. She did an amazing job stocking up on the breakfast items and she gave us ideas of things to do in Detroit. The place was quiet and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We highly recommended staying here. "

"It was a beautiful room, beautiful property.
However, there were 3 issues I found. Pillows were absolutely destroyed. Flatter than an iron board. We called and asked for 2, they brought us one MUCH better pillow. We made it work. 2nd issue was the lighting. Its harsh, bright, ugly and only done by switches on the wall. Which means you gotta get to the bed in the complete dark. Get lamps on the nightstands. Or lights that hang on the wall near the bed that can be switched on and off from the...
