Great property with opportunities to be much better
This property is perfectly located for a great escape with friends and family. Once we arrived, we had no need to leave the house. The amenities, both indoors and outdoors, were fantastic, including the hot tub, pool, outdoor grill, basketball hoop, and putting green. We also appreciated having our groceries delivered via Instacart. However, there are a few areas for improvement: Given the cleaning fee, the cleanliness could be significantly better. The outdoor pool area needs an updated refrigerator, as it was not functioning. The check-in binder containing important information (like Wi-Fi password and entry options) was missing. The DirecTV setup was problematic; the cabling was disorganized and not working, and we were instructed not to touch anything, which left us without TV for several days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Gorgeous property. Front lock is tricky. Cleaning fee is $500 and you are expected to sweep and vac before you leave. Very small coffee pot. 2 rolls tp per bathroom and no soap or shampoo in the shower.

Amazing weekend!
We rented this property for my sister's bachelorette weekend and it did not disappoint! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorared. Beyond spacious for our needs, lots of bathrooms for our group of girls! We had a blast and some of the girls were talking about wanting to book again with their families! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

We have been coming to this location for over 10+ years. As mentioned in other comments, there have been tiny opportunities of improvement throughout our visits, however, coming from a group that has been here every year, we can tell you the management communication has Always been superb and upgrades have been made year over year. This place is always in great shape: clean, comfortable, and the location itself provides a serene calming

Family Vacation
For our annual family vacation we chose to come to the Finger Lakes and fell in love with this property and the amenities. Our family really enjoyed the patio area, pool and hot tub. We grilled most days and having the outside fridge by the grill was an extra bonus. We roasted s’mores over the fire pit and gazed at the stars in the evening. The game room got lots of use too. We enjoyed this rural and secluded area. We took day trips to Seneca Park Zoo, Niagara Falls and rented a pontoon one evening on the Canandaigua Lake. The property managers Jill and Mike were wonderful and attended to our requests in a timely manner. Best Regards, Kathleen H

Three Families, One Amazing Week!
Beautiful resort home, wonderfully maintained: this property has it all! We were very comfortable in the large living room and loved the kitchen/long table for meals made easy. We spent hours each day at the pool and made use of the extra refrigerator in that area. The teens LOVED making the basement bedroom their own, enjoying the three big beds and sofa/TV for gaming. The grounds were beautiful and the pond offered some fishing fun. It was so peaceful there and truly felt like a break from real life.

Perfect for Group Getaway
The house and property were better than expected! Great layout, tons of space - lots of privacy. Perfect for our girls’ getaway. The house was very clean and organized when we arrived. Hosts were responsive to questions and requests. The pool and outdoor patio space was perfect for relaxation and fun. One point to mention - no smart TVs, so no streaming ability. There is satellite TV but we were only able to get 3 or 4 channels. Recommend bringing your own Roku or Firestick to plug in if this is an issue for you. We didn’t mind but imagined it would have been a problem if we had kids along! Loved visiting the small towns nearby (esp Naples) and hiking the gorge trail in Stony Brook state park. Great location for exploring!

Great place for a gathering of friends and family,.
Excellent home and property for a mixed group of adults and kids. Plenty of room, lots of activities to keep kids of all ages entertained. Kitchen was well-equipped. There were lots of hiking, sight-seeing and winery options in the region. We all enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful property inside and out that as others have stated in their comments needs work. I have detailed these in a direct message to the management company. It's their responsibility to clean things up. if they do it's a 5-star place. Otherwise don't set your expectations that high.

Returned for an anniversary
We got married here 10 years ago. We had such a great time we returned again with our bridal party to celebrate our anniversary. It was exactly the same. It showed a bit of its age, there was some chipping paint on the banisters outside, the coffeepot needed a little help to brew correctly and the supprt arm for the cover for the hot tub was broken. But it is and was a beautiful property. The bed linens are luxurious, as are the views. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a bit of seclusion and decadence.

Great time, great property and would do it again in a minute. its an impressive home. The only negative is that the property needed to be deep cleaned and minor repairs. Don't let this stop you from going. Anyone and everyone would enjoy there stay at this property!!! It was awesome.

Amazing getaway!
Springwater Lodge is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The grounds are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The location is peaceful and relaxing. We had 6 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room for everyone. The teenagers loved having their own space in the lower level. The pool area was one of our favorite places. We paid extra for the pool heat and I’m so happy we did. The weather was a little cool on some days so having the pool a little warmer meant we could still enjoy it regardless of the weather. We enjoyed Roseland Wakepark, Overland Morgan Horse Farm, Corning Museum of Glass, and Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures. We also rented a boat on Canandaigua Lake. I would recommend all of those adventures. Everything about this rental was easy. The booking process, communication before and during our stay, and the checkout process were all seamless. Our only problem was that our vacation was over far too quickly. Next time we will rent for 2 weeks!

Very beautiful location, we arrived on Thursday to start prepping for my wedding on Saturday and the stay was amazing, very relaxing, and fun. We can’t say enough great things, we wish the pool would have been opened like online said just missed communication but the hot tub was equally as fun, definitely a great hidden gem. We ended up having to pay an event fee, when not even near 50 people actually showed up. aHad to get insurance and a porta potty which we didn’t know until 9 days before the wedding which is pretty stressful but we still pulled it off.
